This place is horrible & no one should give their money. They treat their employees like trash. They don't pay them on time, they don't give them their hard earned tips, & some days, employees are told to leave early so they won't have to pay them. The management & owners of this place do NOT care about their employees well being. They do NOT care about their employees safety. They do NOT care about their employees' families. All they care about is making & keeping their money to themselves, no matter what the cost to employees. Put yourselves in the employees shoes. How would you feel working & having to ask when your pay is coming? Or getting the run around from people when you ask about your tips? How would you feel having a family & not knowing when your next check is coming? This is no way to run a company & no way to treat employees.

If I could give zero stars I would - We used creative catering for our wedding because he was one of the vendors offered at the Frankenmuth Credit Union and event center. Steve the owner of the company was horrible to work with for our wedding September 15th, 2018. When we initially met to talk about the wedding and pay the down payment he said he couldn’t do a wedding with only 100 guests so we had to up our guest amount just to have him be our caterer for our wedding. He hardly ever returned emails or text messages leading up to our wedding. Not only did he do this to us but also my sister in law Holly for her wedding May of 2018. We added on cake cutting service which was a little over $200 and the day of the wedding his staff hurried up and tried leaving once dinner was over without cutting the cake which was a service we had paid for in advance and was in our contract. My mother in law had to yell at the wait staff to not leave without cutting the cake. Steve said to her he would have to check the contract to make sure we paid for it (which we already did) and they then cut maybe a handful of pieces and left. We had 8 guests not come to the wedding and we almost didn’t have enough food for our guests. When we called Steve the day after the wedding to tell him how unhappy we were and wanted our money back for the cake cutting he said he would look into it and also admitted to almost running out of chicken for our guests. He never called us back and never refunded us the money either. We called multiple times and left multiple voice mails and got nothing in return, not even an apology. All of our vendors were wonderful to work with, except for creative catering and I would NEVER recommend him to anyone.

This place is disgusting they don't use gloves and they pick from where they cook. The employees don't care about they clients. It's not high end food it's Whole Foods ingredients with a high end look. I've personally seen the cooks wipe there noses and keep cooking there all Mexicans who doesn't use any gloves. The food is nasty! I recommend nobody eats from there
