The food coming out of this kitchen packs flavor I was simply not accustomed to or expecting from a caterer after annual disappointments from other catering concerns in the area. The Mac and Cheese bar they created for my event was next-level dining, and the smoked meats were phenomenal. If I could give more stars, I would.

I used Catering by Katherine for a funeral luncheon. They were able to accommodate my quick turnaround time for food for 200 people. They went above and beyond with their service the day of, which was much appreciated during the difficult time. The buffet itself was delicious and fresh. I hope I get to try more of their menu options in the future.

I've known the owner of this business for over 10 years and my family has used his food services on numerous occasions. To say that he's an excellent Chef wouldn't do the justice that's deserved. He has a way with food that some would call art. Or as I see it, a moderate obsession in a good way. Looking forward to many future meals provided by Catering by Katherine. We recently held an annual gathering of Mary, my wife's, extended family at our home. There were 32 of us in all. While we were planning the event my son suggested having it catered to free Mary to spend more time with her family instead of cooking and cleaning all day. We decided to do that, and hired Catering by Katherine. Our decision turned out to be a great one. The barbecued meats were all excellent, especially the smoked beef brisket. The side dishes were well received by everyone, with several people commenting on how good Katherine's JoePasta was. The best part was that Catering by Katherine took care of everything in a professional and unobtrusive manner that fitted seamlessly into the day's events, and did indeed allow Mary more time to spend with her family. I would recommend Catering by Katherine to anyone in need of help with a special event.

We had a great experience with this company for my bridal shower! There was a small hiccup with tablecloths but they fixed the problem flawlessly and everything came out great. And the food was delicious!!! Will definitely be looking to book with them again for future events.

Catering by Katherine did a PERFECT job at our wedding. Mark, Lisa, and the rest of their team went above and beyond to make our special day absolutely phenomenal. We received so many compliments from our guests about how spectacular the food was. Additionally, we had a special request that was not on their menu, which was a DIY S'mores Bar. When we asked if they would do it, they eagerly accepted the challenge. The S'more Bar they made for us was beautiful, yummy, and a lot of fun for our guests. Overall, their enthusiasm, energy, positivity, and professionalism made the whole process fun. If you want the absolute best for your wedding, hire Catering by Katherine.

Booked these guys for my dads memorial service a few weeks ago. I called 4 other caterrers first and none of them were willing to work with me on short notice but Mark did not hesitate. We had chicken and some kind of macaroni station and he even included cookies without charge. Mark if you read this THANK YOU!!!

First time using catering by Katherine. Menu online was easy to use and place my order quickly. I order all the dishes in disposable trays. I thought they were just going to drop off the food/utensils but nope, they set it up and did it all! After running around decorating the hall it was such a relief knowing the food table was all setup and ready to go for me. They couldn't have made it easier enough. Everyone loved the food. The chicken parm was the bomb! Will be using them again for future events.
