It has been almost two years since Carol's catered my wedding, and not a month has gone by that I haven't been given the chance to refer her business to others in need of her services. Her staff was prompt, polite, and friendly. Her food was phenomenal! Her prices were well within bugdet, and worth more than she charges. Her process was clean and simple, with no glitches. She was the only non-stressful thing about our special day.

I have to agree with Bethany... we set up a food tasting and not only did she not show up, she said she got my message to confirm we were still meeting and just didn't call back. I quote "I just didn't call back, I don't know what to tell you" Definitely don't trust her to actually show up for the wedding!!!!

Carole’s catered the Rockford Sportsman’s Club Banquet and did a great job. The food was delicious and the service was courteous and attentive. I recommend you give them a call.

Carole's catered my wedding for 95 people on August 17th, 2013. Being a chef I have low expectations for catered events. It's very difficult (near impossible) to get the food to an event hot, set-up in chafers and still have it taste good. Carole's surpassed all my expectations. The food was incredible. Their was the perfect amount and all of our guests were thrilled with the menu choices. Some even commented that our food was the best wedding meal they had ever experienced! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Carole's Catering to anyone looking for a caterer. I would also like to mention that being in the food industry I shopped my event around to all my fellow chefs and no one could touch Carole's prices. I was impressed!

Tried reserving for my wedding day with Carole herself. Have/had a tasting appointment, and here I am the day before the appointment and haven't heard from her in two weeks after trying to call her multiple times. Stuck up creek without a paddle thanks to Carole.
