I am currently waiting for my breakfast catering that was supposed to be here 1 hour ago for a very important business meeting. Apparently the drivers phone died so they have no GPS and are lost. Can I possibly rate them a -10???? Will NEVER order from them again.

Have ordered business lunches from them multiple times, always had great service (Fiona is a saint) and the food is truly incredible! Have also interacted with a guy named Nick in Mgmt. but don't like him nearly as much as I like Fiona.

Always a pleasure ordering with Christine! Her customer service and knowledge reassures you and it comes through even on the phone. She is amazing to work with. Everything is always on time and delicious- even if i make a last minute change. I can always count on Ritas for all of the catering needs for the staff. Everyone always enjoys everything and the portion size is great! highly reccomended for catering your event. Very reasonable price point for what they deliver.
