The prices are slightly higher than average, but the quality and portion match. The fish specials on Fridays are nothing to write home about. They are routinely seated to capacity. Staff is polite and speedy. If you need something, be sure to ask the server for your table and not the expediter or bus. You can ask them for something, but won't get it otherwise. They are busy with so many other tasks and every table in the restaurant that it will slip their mind.

Amazing breakfast! I had Irish eggs and a piece of maple glazed bacon - to die for!!!! I even ordered and apple cider Mimosa to go with my breakfast - happy happy. Service was stellar and I would love to go there again and against it's worth the ride!

Was not as good as I remembered. Pancakes were very greasy as was the buttermilk biscuit. Cider donut was good though. Service was excruciatingly slow as well. Maybe it was just an off day for them.

My Grandmother worked here when I was very young. My Family and I have been coming to Partners for over 30 years now. I’ve never had bad food or service here ever! They always take care of their customers, and always have new menu items and specials. The food is amazing now matter what you order! The restaurant is always clean and I love the decor. This is one of the best restaurants in the area for breakfast and lunch.

If I could submit a zero-star rating, I would. I came to this establishment with high hopes (my son's coworker recommended we go there with my grandchildren and have family breakfast) and upon entering I was very happy with the atmosphere. Unfortunately, I was very much disappointed. Our waitress (Joelene) was extremely dismissiful and downright rude. The food itself was nothing to rave about, it's basically the same breakfast and lunch fare that can be prepared at home. After our terrible experience here, we had a lovely one the next day at Memo's in West Springfield. What a waste of time this particular restaurant is.

Partners is my go to place for Breakfast. Spacious dining area with a homey feel. Food is well prepared and delicious. Food is out quick and hot, friendly staff, never an empty coffee cup. Even the owner goes about chatting to patrons. Breakfast everywhere has become pricey, so the little things DO mean a lot.

This was the first time I've been there for a long time. AND first time since the fire. Beautiful and great service. I was with my needlers club luncheon. best meal ever. Baked Scrod, oven roasted potatoes, zuchinni and yellow squash. fresh salad and strawberry shortcake. We'll be going there again. Prices,are right too. 5 stars to partners in Agawam, MA.

Never ever in my life have I experienced such poor service from a restaurant. We come and eat here all the time but NEVER again will we be giving our business to this place. When the owner comes out and embarrass your in front of the whole restaurant because they messed up your order twice and then asks why you want it taken off the bill if your still eating the meal. Sorry your don’t treat customers this way. A business owner should know how to handle them selves properly in front of people. Disgraceful.

My wife and I came in at noon in high hopes of a wonderful brunch. We waited for 15 minutes before someone came over to even take our orders. After ordering our food, it took 40 mins before the waitress came back to tell us that our food was coming right up and that it had been given to someone else. We sat and literally watched a party of 8 (who come in 25 mins after us) get their food first. We finally received our food after waiting 50 minutes from when we initially sat down. Never have I been to a restaurant where a party of 8 people received all of their food before a party of 2. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will never dine in at this restaurant again.
