We had our wedding at Thorpewood in November and this company was an amazing vendor! The service was exceptional, the entire staff was very attentive and very professional. We had their barbecue menu and had several guests comment about how much they loved it. A+ company I highly recommend!

Awesome job!! Everything was done to perfection. The mini crab cakes were actually mini crab balls full of crab meat with almost no filler. Scallops wrapped in bacon were superb. The Scallops were cooked to pedfection. We also had the Lasagna which was as good as any Italian resturant and the roast beef which was cooked perfectly. We also had the cheese and fruit as well as the sesame chicken. All excellent. They came and set everything up, very professional, very timely just perfect and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great caterer for your next party.

One of the best reliable catering companies in Frederick. I was looking for a caterer to handle a small luncheon for a baby shower, and Chef Jake and his staff fulfilled all my hopes and wishes! I was an out of town mother, not familiar with the area, and he was readily available via email and responded quickly! Not to mention that the food was awesome! The ribs were raved about by the guests, and the pasta salad recipe was solicited by all! His service staff was attentive, and right on with service and clean up!! I can only say he will be getting a call in a year when my grandson has his first birthday party!! Thanks Jake!!

We had our wedding at Thorpewood in Thurmont and RenChef was a preferred vendor for catering. Picking the menu was super fun and laid back. Jake is amazing and his food is awesome!!! We did a family style serving which was so fun and perfect for our venue. We had the beef, chicken parm, and caprese tortellini. So ridiculously good. All guests were raving about the food! Steven ran the show on the day of. His set up for our cocktail hour was beautiful. The staff was so helpful and really took care of all our guests. My husband's grandmother was hospitalized earlier in the day and was unable to attend and they packed up a plate of food and cupcakes to take home for her!! Also just need to give a special shout out to Dee, one of the amazing wait staff! She was so professional and personable and made it her job to make sure that dinner went well. Thanks so much RenChef for the amazing job!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!
