Carlos was unbelievable! Best event I ever had, I wish I knew him when I got married 4 years ago, he would have been my choice hands down. He took care of everything, I was able to relax and enjoy my guests, he even left everything cleaner than how he found it. What I love the most about Carlos is how he adapts to your budget. He WILL make it work, believe me! I cannot thank him enough

Q Caterers is fantastic! Karen is a fantastic coordinator and Carlos is a spectacular Chef - both of them went above and beyond to meet my event's very specific needs. I work with a nonprofit who put on an "etiquette workshop" for young DC professionals and therefore we had some very detailed needs to accommodate the etiquette instructor and everything she requested for the dining portion of the half-day workshop. Not only was the food delicious but the formal setting was flawless and the servers knew exactly what to do. I plan to use Q Caterers again for next year's etiquette workshop and I have no doubt that it will be fantastic once more. Overall, I give them 5 stars and an A++

Carlos and the team at Q Caterers were an outstanding part of our recent gala. From the outset, I was completely impressed with their professionalism and delivery. We were looking for a menu of heavy appetizers for a VIP reception and desserts for our general gala attendees, and the menu that Carlos created was impressive. But nothing compared to the actual event itself: the Q Caterers team was phenomenal. Set-up was not even the least bit stressful; they handled everything so easily. The food was beyond what they had even described. Our guests were floored at how good everything looked and tasted. I've never seen such an elegant looking mac and cheese bar. The grilled vegetable displays looked like they were out of a magazine spread. Everything was so delicious and beautiful. The service was easy going but ultra professional. There was so much food that we had leftovers from the reception that Q Caterers packed up and served at the reception too! And no one could tell these were leftovers. Everything was fresh and beautifully displayed. And I haven't even started talking about those desserts! My goodness. As beautiful as they were delicious!! Hands down, Q Caterers went above and beyond all of my expectations and created the best catering experience I've ever had. On top of it all, Carlos was incredibly supportive of our fundraising efforts. He made it clear he and his team are huge supporters of the DC Public Schools and our greater DC community. Carlos and Q Caterers will forever be my first call for any catering need I have in the future.

Q Caterers is a high-class caterer who offers top-notch service and delicious food that everyone will love. I hosted a Housewarming party recently and Q Caterers was fantastic! Carlos came up with a wonderful menu that everyone enjoyed (and is still talking about)! From the Sweet and Spicy Shrimp to the Jamaican Tilapia Ceviche to the Firecracker hot Popcorn, every bite was scrumptious and full of flavor! The service was outstanding. Rosanna was awesome! She was attentive and professional and seemed to enjoy serving despite us getting in the way at times! The presentation and constant supply of food gave everyone an opportunity to enjoy all the menu had to offer. I highly recommend Q Caterers if you are looking for an affordable, fun and reliable catering service.

We worked with Karen and her team at Q Caterers for a full day event (breakfast, lunch, evening reception). The professionalism of her team was incredible and hands down the best service we could have ever asked for. Karen knew and controlled the space like a champion and never interrupted the conference through the setup. She managed the event so well and we had to very little to ensure that everything was set on the catering side. As a small team putting on the event, her expertise helped us significantly since we did not have the capacity to fill in any hiccups during the day. Thank you Karen and to your amazing team! Each time, the entire team has not only created the most amazing food, but they have also gone above and beyond in working with us to ensure that our needs and our participant' needs are wholly met. I recently hired Q Caterers for a four course lunch. The event was a professional development workshop on dining etiquette. As a non-profit, we were working with a limited budget but needed impeccable service and the tables set in a very specific format. Not only was Q Caterers the most reasonably priced proposal, but they were the most willing to meet the etiquette coach’s needs. Both the etiquette coach and venue complimented my choice of caterer and everyone raved about the food. I would recommend Q Caterers and hope to work with them again in the future. Karen was attentive and detail-oriented throughout the planning process. The food, service, and professionalism were all top notch.

I am way overdue with this, but its better late than never. I requested the service of Carlos and Q Caterers Inc. for a very small party for only 15 people. I told Carlos that I did not want anything fancy since it was a small gathering, and to make it even more interesting, I told him to surprise me. He really went beyond my expectations. The food was so magnificent and phenomenal to the point that everyone in the party loved it and enjoyed, and some of my friends were asking me for Carlos' information for future events. His attention to details and the dedication to make every event an unforgettable moment is beyond comprehension.
