Personalized Touch provided catering for a Dining Out event for a USMC Colonel changing command. Patty went out of her way to satisfy my requests...even preparing a custom order or SPAM as a practical joke for the event. The staff was fantastic and fit right in with our camaraderie of "shooting the chef". Not only were they pleasant in everything they did, the professionalism was outstanding. The food was prepared to perfection and I have received nothing but good feedback with a strong desire to use them again for upcoming events. The venue was made to look amazing and we couldn't have asked for a more satisfying event.
