If you want a fast burger and fries that tastes like it was grilled up in the backyard by Uncle Fred at the Fourth of July picnic at Pop-Pop and Gran's house, then come to Five Guys. You won't be disappointed. Don't expect anything fancy but prepare your mouth and belly for grease, meat and flavor. Definitely go "all the way" to get all the fixings. And if you don't enjoy a meat tornado, their grilled cheese "all the way" will satisfy you just as well. 5/5 Would gorge again

Always good, tons of fries, high quality burger. May seem expensive for fast good but it is worth it. Last time I got Wendy's as a cheaper option I got a weird headache halfway through the meal. Never happens at 5 guys. Anecdotal for sure but I can only imagine what kind of preservatives Wendy's uses. 5 Guys will always treat you right! They pay their people better too and it shows.

I'm only giving this Five Guys location for stars because the last four times I went there they haven't quite been up to par with the cleaning of the lobby peanut shells on the ground rappers but as far as the food they are always very kind and friendly they're always whipping out the food as fast as humanly possible the same great quality you expect from Five Guys bathrooms are usually maintained very well

The music was way to loud first of all. We ordered 2 cheese burgers thats was burnt! Fries that was over salted and may i add that i love my salt so if i am complaining then there is to much salt. We also ordered 2 vanilla shakes with not whip cream. They were not cold, frozen. Just cream! Warm at that! Now i am sick! If i have food poisoning i am really never coming back!! I used to love this place i went every chance i got. Talked so good about you. Now not so much..

Horrible location in my opinion. Restaurant is never clean when we go in. Went in last night and was treated rudely by the fry guy. Who was rushing and last night our fries sucked! They continue to make decent burgers but, their staff is not great. In my opinion, its hit or miss with this location. Probably will not come back to this location. They have been rude to us one too many times.

Much better burger than any other burger chain and their fries are the bomb. I had a lettuce wrapped double cheeseburger with bacon tomato and onions and it was awesome. Veggies and lettuce were fresh and crisp and the burger was perfectly done and delicious.

I really liked the Burgers. They really tasted, like something I would eat at a family Grillparty and I think that's pretty awesome. They have a really big Sortiment of Drinks you can choose. But the atmosphere could be a little bit more warm and inviting even though it is very clean there.

I'm from WA State and have been to many 5-Guys and never have I received Fries this bad, eather they were double fried or the oil was to cold. For $5+ for a large you would think that they would be fresh every time. Could of went to McDonald's and got better.

Amazing burgers!! Worth the price. Milkshakes were ok, next time I'll skip that because I couldn't finish it. My boyfriend and I got a large fry to share..we didn't evening eat half of it. Next time just a small one to share. Great friendly service and amazing burgers and fries!

They have great food. Lines can be out the door by the time the bars close, but even with over 100 people waiting in line or for food they manage to pump out your order within minutes. I am incredibly impressed with this particular establishment

Five guys is one of the best places to get a burger and fries around. The burgers and hotdogs are great, the fries are delicious, and the milkshakes are great too. The atmosphere is loud and fun with music, people talking, and employees shouting order numbers as loud as they can. There are peanuts all over the place that you can take as you please. The prices aren't cheap but they're fair for quality food. I would definitely recommend Five Guys to anyone looking for a burger joint.

I was pleasantly surprised by this burger joint. I'd heard lots of good comments/reviews but was skeptical. However, the simple menu was pleasantly straightforward and full of quality items rather than variety. Their burgers and fries are fresh and made by hand and are, to put it simply, delicious! A wealth of burger topping options are available at no additional charge, so you can have it just how you like it. A visit here will be well worth your consideration and your taste buds will thank you!

It's a five guys, generally you know what you're going to get and that's pretty fantastic. After a few years of being open though some of the locations are definitely starting to show their age, not knocking 5 guys for that it happens to most franchises. We were in there before the dinner rush on a Thursday and it looked like the lunch rush hadn't been cleaned up after. The fries almost always spectacular were middling at best, more soggy than crisp. I know turnover is tough and finding good people is even more so. But good fast casual dining options are spreading like wild fire and if you want to continue to be a first choice for most folks; you need to maintain that original quality.

I love this food but why can't I just add an extra hotdogs for a bit less? I would be paying for a whole dog which kinda sucks since it's hotdogs...and they're cheap. I would totally go here more often if I could get that juicy beef dog added as just a bit extra.

Good burgers, great fries. If you're headed to Five Guys during lunch hour, you'll get a nice fresh off the grill burger. If, however, you're a bit late for lunch, expect a re-heated burger that was cooked during the lunch rush. Fries are always great. If you like a little spice, go for the cajun fries - but you can't go wrong with their original fries.

Absolutely horrible.... Called in my order... they said it will be ready in10-15min. Time passes I show up.. I pay.. I then wait for 30min. That's right 30 min... After many awkward eye contract events with staff I bring it to attention... They say.. oh it's on she shelf.. would you like it.. sure I want "fast-food" after it has sat for 30 min. I had them remake my order.. which they got wrong. And completely saturated the burgers (4) with condiments to make up for the overall issue .. 45$ 45+ minutes later. I have a 4 soggy gross burgers. Done by a crew with attitude. It's sad. I told them they have accolades for the burgers.. when they need awards for the penuts.

Went there last week having never been to a five guys before. I told the cashier this and he welcomed me like he had invited to his home. A few of the other staff heard it too and yelled from the line and welcomed me as well. I got two burgers two fries (one of each type) and had to get a shake as well. The food was just as good as my customer service experience and boy you get a bang for your buck. Definitely will be back to the Maine mall location!

Great burgers and a good staff too. The small fries order is more than enough for two. Refillable drinks and all this at a fairly decent price. The single burgers are very filling and I once ordered the double by mistake and it was also great but way too much for me. I like that you can basically build it your own way. I like jalapenos, for example, and you can't get that at Burger King:) An always enjoyable experience every time we go.

I had the bacon cheese hot dog. American sliced cheese, a strip of bacon. I expected something melted, bits of bacon loaded on top? Hot dog way too salty. Shake was wonderful. The above was $11.00. And as always a greasy floor to walk on. I only go to five guys when someone else picks it. This is my 2nd time ever and it hopefully will be another 5 years before the next visit.

This is the best Five Guys location I have visited. The cheese on the burger was actually melted and the bag was loaded with fries. Staff was friendly and the food did not disappoint. Food was ready quickly despite ordering in the middle of the lunch rush.

Great burgers, make sure if you want a regular burger you order a small burger, the regular has two large patties. The fries are the best ever. Only reason they lost a star is the music is always way too loud

Despite its hype, and constant self-promotion framed amongst its walls, I am of the persuasion that Five Guys (at least those I've been to Maine, all 2 or 3 of them) is a criminally overrated restaurant. Sure, you get a lot of fries in your bag, but they taste awful when reheated. Sure, they do a good job on their burgers, but not as good as they think they are, I've found them to uncomfortably pricey for the size and taste. And sure, they may be quick with how they make it, but the time spent in the restaurant waiting, and then possibly dining, will involve you coming intimately close with Five Guys' cacophony of an atmosphere. The place is, simply, way too noisy.

You pay for what you get, the prices are a little high for a burger place but the food is worth it. Great burgers with fresh ingredients and the best fries and plenty of fries you will get, they fill a cup then add few extra scoops to the bag. Every time I have visited this location they all seem happy and provide friendly service.

Burgers are great, prepared quickly, served hot and fresh off the grill. Plenty of drink options with refills, roasted peanuts to munch on while your food is cooked. Parking lot is a tight fit for large vehicles. Restaurant is clean and the staff friendly.

I ordered lunch (1 burger and fries) from my workplace ahead of time, at 1:20, as I only have a 30min lunch break. I was quoted it would be ready by 1:30. Arrived on site at 1:30, went to the counter to state my arrival, and was told it would be ready in just a few minutes. The woman I spoke to announced my arrival to the crew, I was told it was just waiting on fresh fries, and I stood and waited. 6-7 orders later (orders placed long after I had placed mine) now at 1:45, I announce again to the woman front counter that I'm here to pick up a web order and was told it would be ready shortly. She announces my arrival to the crew, AGAIN, and I was apologized to for not having been given my order. I still had to wait another 5 minutes for the fries to be made, and was forced to leave at 1:51. I returned to work with my lunch break over, had no chance to eat the lunch that was supposed to be ready by 1:30, and will not return here anymore. Very disappointed.

Received a bunch of fries, even though I ordered a "little". Coffee shake tasted like real coffee more than coffee syrup. Burger was good, but not great. One star off due to that and item pricing. Competitors either offer as much good food for better price or better items at same price.

My first visit to Five Guys was a five star experience. I had a regular burger in lettuce buns, which is one of two choices for those of us who are gluten free. Note to readers a 'regular' burger means two patties and a 'little' burger means one patty! I was full for hours after my regular burger which I topped with bacon and onions at no extra cost! I have already made recommendations to friends and will be back!
