Ordered a 12 inch shrimp poboy . And got a 9 inch . After all the additude I got when I walked in .. get your crap together . The food is too good for all that

I've only ordered food from the catering menu so this is a review of the catering food only. The woman who handles the catering food (Mary?) is always really sweet and helps me decide how much food I need. I have ordered the finger sandwiches and these are some of the best finger sandwiches I've eaten in the metro area. The spinach and artichoke dip is also SO GOOD. I have also ordered the mini poboys (dressed) and they were excellent as well. I always order these items from here over going to a grocery store.

Never disappointed, one of my favorite little spots to hit when I come to NOLA. The poboys are overstuffed with deliciousness and the family that owns the place is friendly.

I don't care what anyone says about some other fancy poor boy shops. This place has been open since I was a kid, and I've been eating there for that long. It is without a doubt the best roast beef poor boy I have ever had. And yes, it's in Metairie.

My boyfriend travels for work...a lot. He saw the sign that said overstuffed sandwiches. When he walked in he almost turned around and walked bsck out. He is always in search of real Louisiana cuisine. He stayed and had a shrimp poor boy and seafood gumbo. Even tho the po boy was not ovrrstuffed, it WAS excellent! 5 *'s! This is true Louisiana eats!

Food was dry overpriced and got one ketchup for a lot of fries which were undercooked and cold. Hot sausage was burnt and really wasn't good at all. Displeased and will never ever ever ever ever eat here again.

Discovered this place in 2002 and they have the very best RB Po Boy in all of Louisiana. Get it with a little mayo and nothing more. There’s none better than Qwik Chek Overstuffed

This has been my all time favorite for the very best roast beef sandwich ever!!!! A quaint little store that offers seating to eat their awesome food because it's impossible to wait till you get somewhere else! Thanks to the cooks and owner for keeping the food consistent all these years!

Went here while on a company trip. Ordered the roast beef plate which was very reasonably priced for the portion, and delicious! The service was excellent and we never felt rushed. The nice woman in the kitchen even insisted I sit and eat immediately and made me feel like I was eating Sunday dinner at my grandmas. Although it is small and might seem a little cramped, I had a very enjoyable experience. Great low maintenance food, nothing fancy, exceptional "home" like feel. Will definitely go back if I'm in the area.
