I highly recommend Patton's for any of your catering needs! Patton's catered our wedding in 2016. Our experience from initial contact to tasting to our wedding was phenomenal. Their service and menu options are truly the best in the New Orleans area. It has been well over a year since our wedding, and we are still being told the food was the best anyone has ever had. We cannot thank Patton's enough for making our special day even more perfect by providing us with a memorable meal and service that kept us at ease.

I contacted Patton's via the email form on their website Friday in search of a caterer for my wedding. I waited a few days and didn't get a response. I figured that since it was the weekend maybe they hadn't gotten to it or maybe they never got it. So, I called that Monday morning and was told someone would get back to me when they got into the office later that day. I called twice late in the afternoon and no answer (so I left a message). I still didn't get a response or a call back. I called the next day and spoke to someone else who apologized and said they would get on that and send me an email with information. I explained that my venue provided a staff and buffet tables and serving dishes/etc. and if it was possible, I would like a custom quote so I don't have to pay for those things twice (with the venue and the caterer). She said she would see what she could do and shoot me an email. I STILL never received anything. No emails. No phone calls, no questions. Nothing. I just called back, was transferred to a different line, and was then told they can't provide wedding catering "without the staff" because they've never done that before. I can understand that. So I asked about getting a whole package, including the staff and dishes etc. etc. etc. (even though I don't want to pay for staff and serving dishes/utensils TWICE). She said they won't do it at all because it's too far from them. After all this time, no one could contact me and tell me that? I have caterers from New Orleans, Covington, and Pass Christian (all of which are farther from my venue than Patton's) that will travel and try to work with me and give me quotes... but Patton's can't even give me a call to tell me they can't/ won't? I'm really disappointed. I was really hoping they could work with me because their menu is so wonderful and so perfect for what we want. I'm also disappointed that I had to chase them down and contact them so many times to be told flat out no.

I would rate Patton’s 100 stars if I could!!!! Patton’s did a phenomenal job for our wedding!!!!!! The food was awesome, the service from the staff was out of the world!!! Everyone was so friendly and professional!!! All of the food was hot and fresh !! ALL of the staff was eager to help with anything we asked, they even helped me load my car with my gifts and left over food at the end of the night because I was exhausted! Erin helped us from beginning to end with our menu, she is very efficient and helpful she is AMAZING!!! I would recommend Patton’s to ANY AND EVERYONE!!!!!!!! We Thank EVERYONE at Patton’s soooo much !!!!
