(I DO NOT wish to give this company even ONE star rating) Two disappointing experiences I’ve had with 360 Catering. One was a wedding that was held at the old cabaret location in Gonzales. First off the cleanliness of the facility is low grade. Food on the floor from previous events and very sticky floors at that. The table linens are very wrinkled and had many food spots/stains on them. The bathrooms are decent but could have used a decent cleaning beforehand as well. All the before mentioned issues could be considered ”petty” but the biggest issue that cannot be overlooked is the rude staff/vulgar things that were over heard. Don’t stand to close to where the kitchen is located in the facility. Staff members were heard talking about clients and guests in a demeaning and inappropriate fashion. The second disappointing experience was at a event venue off site where staff members were seen drinking alcohol (beer). It’s one thing to do whatever you want as a catering company in private without guests able to see things, but it’s totally wrong when said issues are visible and obvious. I would not recommend this catering company for any reason. I would not like to pay a company to talk about my guests and family behind my back.

Absolutely one of the best caterers in our area. Jim and his staff are professional and very accommodating. The food and drink are second to none. I have never seen service with such a big smile and a terrific product. Our family highly recommends 360 Catering in Gonzales. Our daughter's wedding went beyond our expectations with Jim and his staff orchestring the fabulous food and drink in New Orleans at her wedding. They are simply the best!

Love them, the food awesome and the Atmosphere is also great use them everytime we have an event. They catered my wedding off site and people always ask when we are getting married again best wedding they have ever been to.The food was unbelivably awesome and we had over 300 people there and no complaints.
