Potbelly is hit or miss, but if you're looking to load up on fat and calories then this is a pretty solid place to do it. Try adding their broccoli cheddar soup and grabbing one of those macaroni salads. You won't eat for days.

Love this place! No matter which one I go to the employees are always nice. For an assembly sandwich shop, this one is the best. You have to try the Chicken Pot Pie Soup, they start having it in January, I'm not certain when it stops but I'm guessing spring. All of their soups are great though. Ok, last, but certainly not least. You HAVE to get a shake. Their shakes are Jack Rabbit Slims good!!!

Meh. Food is boring, the sandwiches are small, everything is crazy overpriced, and, frankly, it's just not very good. I ate a sandwich that was like 90% bread and little else. I think they sprinkle some sauce or oil onto the bread to give it the taste of meat. If you like eating the ghost of a sandwich, this is your place.

Love the food it’s always good. But you really should consider establishing ala carte pricing for all the menu like everyone else. Apparently it’s impossible to purchase a bowl of soup and a half salad. At least as described to me.

Order was placed using app - end of the order said "place order", after placing, there is a "review orde"r- option. SO review was selected...well at the end of the order it said again "place order" - so thinking that the previous order was not placed properly, we ended up ordering one more than we needed to. Order was placed online, and was not ready by the pick up time. The orders had Avocado, extra charges were paid, but none of the sandwiches had avocado, instead there was too much mayo, and too many pickles.

The food was good, but me and 2 of my friends came in around 9:20(close at 10) and the girl working insta fly gave us a dirty look and when I ordered the pizza sandwitch she said to me "I cant believe you ordered the most annoying sandwitch" which completely was uncalled for. If you dont expect people to come in one hour before you close then dont work there. After I ordered my sandwitch she slowly made it, the manager had to come out and do her job for her. We spent 20 minutes waiting for her to slowly make our food I ordered a side of loaded baked potato soup and she dropped it on the floor and then never made me a new one she claimed they were "out" it was unbelievable.

Potbelly is so delicious! Their sandwiches are unique and fresh made right before your eyes. My favorite is "A Wreck". They also offer salads, soups, chips and milkshakes. The service is always fast and friendly. I love Potbelly and will stop to eat there whenever one is nearby. Great for a quick bite at lunch or dinner. Try it, ya might like it!

I really enjoy this place. The wreck is a great sandwich. Their milkshakes are top-notch. Also the dream bar is delicious. I haven't tried anything else really. They have a good selection of chips and a lot of toppings for their sandwiches. I don't get to eat there nearly as much as I would like. I don't think any of the other sandwich shops compare.

The décor is awesome and creates a nice atmosphere to enjoy your meal. Staff was friendly. The meat and other ingredients were fresh and tasted good, for what you get. Soup was good but way more pricey for the amount you get. The cookie was amazing and priced low enough to almost make up for the other prices. Overall, it was an okay experience, however I felt like it was an overpriced version of Quiznos. In the future, if we are in a sandwich mood, we will most likely opt for Which Wich down the street.

The staff and food are usually pretty good. But this location always has a lingering effect of smoke from the cooking/toasting process, and it seems to permeate the store rather than being contained to the cooking area. Given that the cooking area is essentially wide open and part of the eating area, that is why. This store should have better ventilation systems.

The food is good, not like that is a surprise because pot belly is awesome, but it is a bit of a pain to get to depending on where you're coming from. My GPS took me basicallY a mile out of my way in order to loop around and get around a median in the road just to get to pot belly. If I could've walked there, I would've, but the highway exits right there, and it's a very busy intersection, so walking there is not ideal. Though instead, I wasted 10 minutes driving there.

This is my first time having Potbelly's sandwich and will go there frequently. They have a wide variety of options to choose from. The sandwiches are tasty, the ambiance is great. At the time of my visit they had a small group performing music, love it. Overall A class service for a low low price.
