Mission Catering was hired to cater my daughter's luncheon wedding reception in March. The food was absolutely delicious. They had to accommodate many different diets - low carb, gluten-free, fat free, vegetarian, and vegan. Everyone went home full and happy! They were very professional and fantastic to work with. They arrived on time and left the reception area spotless. They even used some family pieces we provided in the serving line which provided a personal touch. We found them by accident when our original idea fell through because the caterer we tried to hire would not return calls and refused many times to meet with us over the span of 6 months. Mission Catering was honest, hard working, and true to their word. Did I mention how delicious their food was? People are still talking about it!

Mission Catering is THE best catering company. We hired them to cater our wedding and everything was flawless and perfect. We had multiple multiple comments on just how delicious the food was- even weeks after our wedding! Most people say that they hardly remember what they ate on their wedding day or that they didn't even get to eat. However, that is not the case for my husband and I. We will always remember the extremely professional service and culinary talent provided by Mission Catering Co. along with how amazing everything tasted. Also, everything was presented so beautifully! The staff have the biggest hearts and truly helped make our day smooth and memorable. We would never use another catering company.

Mission Catering presented a totally fabulous feast of culinary masterpieces for our GET DOWN AT LOST RIVER CAVE party for 260 attendees on July 28th. From the extensive selection of exquisite hors d'oeuvres to the mouthwatering salad, followed by TWO scrumptious entrees, delectable sides and piece de resistance desserts, every morsel was spectacular. Equally important is the fact that behind the scenes, Tim and Johanna were absolutely delightful to work with...at every step from our first contact, menu decisions, serving suggestions...every single detail from planning to execution was handled professionally and effortlessly. I look forward to working again with the team at Mission Catering at my first opportunity.

We had Mission Catering cater my rehearsal dinner and wedding. The food tasted very good but the execution of the actual catering part was not so good. At the rehearsal dinner they forgot one of the main courses, knew they forgot it, and didn't inform us till it was time to eat. We had to argue with them to go get it. At the actual wedding, they said they needed 45 minutes to set up but were 30 minutes behind getting the food out in a timely fashion. Some of the food was cold and some was over cooked. The food, once it was available at both events was delicious, but it seems in both occasions for me personally that they treated my events poorly. I would still recommend them regardless.

Tim and his crew did our wedding on November 3rd, 2018. It was amazing, from the tasting to the communication to the day of, everything was perfect. It was nice that they had a fantastic relationship with both of the venues that I used, so he did most of the communication with them. They went above and beyond for our rehearsal dinner and wedding and would recommend to anyone planning an event or wedding. I planned our wedding from VA (12 hours away) and didn't have to worry about anything because they were in communication the entire time. Great Crew :)

Mission catered our event for about 260 people and were amazing! The food was delicious; the menu included a variety of customized apps and dishes that all our guests loved. Not only was the food excellent, the service was impeccable. Both Johanna and Tim were so gracious to the staff and guests. They will be highly recommended to all of my friends and family!

I called Johanna on pretty short notice to cater my 60th birthday party. She worked us in by combining the orders she had for two weddings the same day, The food was beautiful to look at and so very good on the palate! More than enough food for all. Lots of compliments from our guests. Will definitely use again.

1st things first, Tim is a master chef and deserves Michelin stars! Everything he prepared was fantastic. I always feared having bad food at my wedding, you most definitely won't working with Tim. Tim and Jenny were soooo attentive to me and my husband during our reception, making sure we got to eat and drink. Their service was impeccable! And our cake was equally delicious. I only had the Lemon Blueberry, but it make this girl very happy.
