100% my favorite place in all of Kentucky! My boyfriend and I started going to Minton's 1 - 2 years ago and I've lost count on how many times since. If you love legitimate mom and pop (daughter) hospitality with delicious comfort food you NEED Minton's in your life!! Best part is they actually have vegan food that's not boring!

I took my 19 month old son here for lunch today and we had a really great experience. He was offered crackers before we received our food, when his food was delivered he was given a smaller fork. The owner even helped me make my coffee. It was a terrific experience and the food was excellent. I highly recommend this place. 5 stars for the staff/experience and 5 stars for the food.

Great service and delicious food! We stopped on our way through for lunch and were not disappointed! The bacon jalapeno burger was incredible! It was cooked perfectly and the bacon jam was so flavorful, I purchased some to bring home! The house made chips that came with it were perfect!

Never went here when I lived in Lexington but went when we came down for a wedding. Got the cornmeal pancakes and they were to die for. Very cute place and someone had their nice dog on the patio. Will be back when I'm in town.

Nice little atmosphere, great food and service. Get some disposable straws though. No one wants to drink through a metal straw others have used. No Sea Turtles in Lexington.

This place was fantastic! It’s very small but not too crowded and the waiter was very friendly. I tried some of the buffalo chicken grilled cheese and had the Brie and bacon burger and it was magnificent! Unlike anything I’ve had before! It makes me kind of angry that I don’t live near here.

One of those awesome little places you can find roaming side streets downtown. I was picking up breakfast for myself and a friend on their recommendation, and ended up arriving just a few minutes before they technically opened. I was greeted by, I believe, the chef's mother who was very pleasant and chatted with me while the line cook put my order together. He was also very friendly when I came in, and asked some specific questions about preferences before getting down to business. Give this place a shot if you're in the area, or if you see their food truck out and about! I highly recommend the sweet potato hash!

Minton's is a great little place! Very small location, but never over crowded. The vegan tempeh salad sandwich with Sriracha mayo is fantastic, probably one of the better vegan lunches in Lexington.
