We recently attended a wedding where they catered it and we think it was some of the best wedding food we ever tasted. They served ham, green beans, cabbage, sweet potatoes, chicken cordon bleu, and rolls and everything was just very tasteful and done excellent. It seems with most catered food there is always something that is not as favorable as other things, but not with them...everything tasted good. I also liked how they served the food and did the cleanup afterwards, very professional, and they mingled well with the guests and the other vendors.

Chef Ross catered my daughter's wedding reception in Clarksville and the food was phenomenal. We chose chicken Marsala and Bourbon Street steak tips for our meats, green beans, and mashed potatoes.Everything was Excellent!! He arrived early for set up and the presentation of the food was fabulous. The drink table was always well stocked. Coffee, tea, and hot cocoa were all delicious. The guests were VERY complimentary of our menu. The remaining food was put in containers for us to take. Tamera was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions I had. I encourage customers to stay local and support our home town businesses. If I ever need a caterer again I will not hesitate to call upon Chef Ross and Fire and Ice.

I had such a great experience using Fire & Ice for our wedding. Even a week later, I have people talking about how amazing the food was. One person even said their husband wanted them to find a recipe like what was served so they could have it at home. Ross was very accommodating with requests that we had. Between him and his wife Tamara, my messages were answered very quickly which was such a relief! I'd highly recommend using Fire & Ice if you are looking for someone to cater your event.
