What a treasure in Portland. I love the revitalization that’s happening here. The inside of this former fire station is set as a great place to meet and eat. The pimento cheese with bacon and heirloom tomatoes should not be missed.

We had a lot of trouble with getting them to cooperate with us on what we wanted for an event. They were even a bit rude about it enough to say "for the event I'm doing a lot for not receiving any money yet." I found that offensive, especially because we hadn't worked out a bill. When we got the bill it was probably higher than normal for a normal cater and that is because you are expecting better than your average cater. Food was awesome and they were eco-friendly, although they kept taking our plates before people were done eating (causing a lot of unnecessary food waste). I was really irked by it because some of those plates should have been obviously too full to sat for too shortly to assume such things. They probably plated too much of our cake at once, and I have reason to believe they threw away a lot of it without our consent because they plated too much. I feel like they did a decent job overall although they need to take my comment to heart because I want them to succeed because they are ethical and caring business. Please if Farm to Fork reads this don't be angry, I just think they have more potential for the future.

Since we planned the wedding from out of town, Farm to Fork acted as both our caterer AND our Coordinator. Sara Strothman helped tie together the furniture rentals, place settings, bar services, and even recommended a Bakery when we wanted some different options. The food was delicious and the white-gloved service, from first email to last bite, was amazing. Thank you SO MUCH!!

It's been a year but I am still pondering the beautiful and delicious food and service by Farm to Fork for my daughter's wedding. It was perfection. People are still talking about it. Hopefully i will need them again sometime. I might have a party just so i can hire these lovely people! Real, local, fresh, unique, tasty, beautiful food just like i would cook at home. Only better and easier.

We loved working with Sherry and the team, and our guests were crazy about the food! We really appreciated the healthy, fresh cuisine and the flexibility in designing a menu that supplemented the "farm to table" style with some Middle Eastern favorites, including a family recipe. Great work, great eats! Another major perk is Sherry's "can-do," relaxed working style. We got married on a hayfield with no infrastructure, and Sherry did not look at us like we had six heads when we indicated that we wanted her to feed 200 people there. Definitely helped keep the anxiety low!

What a disappointment! We chose Farm to Fork because we are foodies that appreciate high quality locally sourced organic food. It was important to us that our wedding food was above and beyond your average wedding food. When we originally met with Farm to Fork we met with Clayton (who is awesome), he completely understood our vision and what we wanted. Our tasting was amazing, we ate absolutely everything because it was so delicious! Our wedding was a destination wedding and he was so great about working with our schedule. He was the only person I dealt with at Farm to Fork until two months before my wedding when he told me he was leaving Farm to Fork, but would still be the chef at my wedding. That's when everything fell apart. A month before our event the catering manager (Sarah) and even the owner (Sherry) had no idea what was going on. I got an email saying that Clayton would not be the chef at my wedding, then one a couple hours later saying that he would be the chef at my wedding, they didn't know what my layout was, they had no clue what was going on pertaining to my wedding at all. They didn’t have a copy of the contract I signed with them (I had to send it to them). They also told me (weeks before the wedding) that the mixologist that we flew out to meet with to develop our signature drinks was no longer with them, and shocker they had no idea what my signature drinks were. They did arrange for us to taste our drinks two days before our wedding with the new beverage manager. But at the actual wedding our drinks and food were completely different than what we agreed upon. The steak was terrible (and I am a steak girl), due to the poor cut of meat. The drinks were straight alcohol, tasted NOTHING like either of our tastings. My new Father in law was served last (and cold food). To top it all off the catering manager called me the day before the wedding asking where people were sitting, telling me that people were missing, when not only had I sent her all the information, I also had a wonderful planner that she was to contact with any questions. She even emailed me the DAY OF my wedding asking for payment of a balance that had already been paid. We went with Farm to Fork because we thought they were a high quality professional company. Maybe they used to be but that was not the case with our wedding. It is very clear that they are having several administrative/ organizational issues that are affecting the quality of their service.

TERRIBLE wedding experience! A week and a half our weeding, my daughter contacted Farm to Fork to get the final details of the menu. After 4 or 5 days of phone calls and emails, no one got back to her. Finally, We were advised that the chief and the mixologist she worked with in her planning the event were no longer with the company and that Sherry would be handling the event moving forward. Sherry went back and forth about the Chief and mixologist and seemed to have very little about our event. Now we are less then a week out of this event. Very stressful! Day of, steak was served cold. It was not the cut of meat we had tasted in our tasting. It could not be cut with an ordinary knife. The grooms fathers table was the last table to get their food. The mixologist ran out of the special cocktail mixers about 45 minutes into the reception so made the drinks UNBELIEVABLY strong all night. NOT GOOD. I would not trust this vender at all.

I had the Turkey & Gouda in a spinach wrap, and it was fantastic!

I was so glad I stumbled across this pop up brunch online! This is a small gem hidden in the Portland area of Louisville KY. The food is sourced from local farmers and is fresh as can be. Everything was prepared to order in top notch fashion. I had the pleasure of eating the French toast with the bourbon maple syrup along with fried potatoes and fresh fruit! The presentation was amazing and the staff was super friendly. The hipster decor filled the room with intrinsic art pieces and a small library for kids or avid readers. In addition to the cool atmosphere I was able to wash down all of that good food with a tasty mimosa. To top it all off they threw in a free toasted stroodle that was super yummy! Great job guys! Cant wait to stop in again

It is okay but too expensive and not really food that most people in this neighborhood would eat maybe should eat but not going to eat just saying

We are art centric non-profit, without a penny to spare and needed very good food and catering type help for an event at an extremely reasonable price. So, what was our experience? 1) Overall on a scale of 1-10, FtoF rated a 20!!! 2) Why? Wonderful to work with; gave us an enormous discount, and when we needed to increase the amount of food, the charge for that extra amount was minimal; quality of food, overall presentation was perfect; replacing platters, keeping the food area clean, cleaning up after the event, etc. was excellent; dealing with the owner and her help before, during and after the event was a joy as they were cheerful, helpful and totally professional. 3) In summation, we can't imagine any catering service any better or actually even close to FtoF overall. "Proof in the pudding"? We have RE-HIRED Farm to Fork for next year's event! Thanks, Sherry. pw

A great place to grab a bite to eat in the Portland neighborhood. Great food, great staff, and a super open atmosphere. We had a great time stopping in and having a couple of grass fed roast beef sandwiches that were fantastic. A great addition to the community. Definitely visit if you're in the neighborhood.

My wife and I hired F2F to cater our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made! The food is amazing, the staff is extremely hardworking and friendly, and all of our guest LOVED the food. We are still receiving compliments a month past our wedding now, that's how good the food was. We can not recommend them enough!

They catered our recent association meeting (70+ people) at Buffalo Trace distillery. The food was great, coffee was exceptional, and had everything ready on time. I would highly recommend them for catering.

I've gotten to work with Sherry & Farm to Fork Catering as a venue rep, and had the pleasure to sample her food as a guest at events. When I worked as a venue rep, Farm to Fork was a pleasure. They showed up on time and helped me think of things I hadn't thought of...saving me potential embarrassment in front of clients. As a guest...WOW...the food is so delicious every time. Their biscuits are to-die-for, and I LOVE their bars. Salad can be so boring, but I'm always impressed by their salads and homemade dressings. My husband hates grits but raves over Farm to Fork's grits...and they know how to cook grass-fed beef and keep it flavorful and tender, which is sometimes a challenge for other caterers! Maybe most importantly, I love that when I eat Farm to Fork' s food I'm confident I'm also supporting local farmers. You can't go wrong with this business.
