We just recently had our wedding at The Ice House and had THE BEST experience. Lindsay and the entire Crushed Ice Catering team was so accommodating, organized and on top of everything. She was a huge help to our planning and we couldn't have done it without her. The day went by without a hitch! Lindsay coordinated everything with our vendors - drop off's, setup's, pick up's, etc. so that we did not have to. It was a huge stress relief. She also provided us with a timeline for the day and helped to keep things moving seamlessly. The Ice House allowed us to drop our things off a few days before the wedding and laid out all of the decorations for us the day of - everything was arranged perfectly and the space was so beautiful. One of our favorite things about the wedding was the food from Crushed Ice Catering - it was AMAZING! We loved the KY and BBQ themed stations. It was different from what you typically have at a wedding and tasted SO good. We are still getting complements from people about the food! Being able to coordinate the venue, food and alcohol all in one place, rather than bringing in all separate vendors, made planning so easy. The Ice House has so much to offer - a beautiful venue, fun add ons to the space (lighting, letters, fire pits, etc.), great food, great staff and a book full of recommendations for other vendors they have worked with before to help make your planning less stressful. We can't thank Lindsay and her team enough and will definitely be recommending The Ice House to our friends!

From the very first encounter I had with the catering manager, Lindsay I knew I was done looking for a caterer. I met Lindsay at a Bridal show and was just so taken with her love for what she does and the company she represents. I was not wrong. Crushed Ice ended up providing a Rehearsal Dinner and a Sunday brunch in the same weekend for us. The food for each event was absolutely delicious. Our venues were very different, one very industrial chic and the other farmstead comfort. Both events were a huge success with the food totally complimenting each setting. Every detail from food, service, communication with client, to personal details was top notch. I really cannot say enough. The servers, bartender and chef were all professional, mannerly and friendly. They were a team who showed great passion for what they were doing and did so with a lot of smiles from the moment they set up to breakdown. My home was one of the venues and I was so impressed with how immaculate they left the house at the end of the event. As I told Lindsay in a separate note to her, they have a fantastic formula for how they train their employees and it showed very clearly in the way the team worked together. They were quick to clean up empty trays and remove plates, replenish platters, and barware. They were not idle at any time, yet they never felt like they were in the guest's way. Everything about Crushed Ice was top-notch! They catered 3 meals for our group (breakfast, lunch, & dinner) and ALL were wonderful! The staff was professional and also cordial and helpful to our guests. Erica was fabulous to work with in coordinating our event; so flexible and happy to honor all of our requests! We could not have asked for a better catering experience - fresh & tasty food, great service, competitive pricing - I highly recommend Crushed Ice and will definitely use them again on our next trip to Louisville!

One of the best event experiences I have ever had. I've hosted events for over 10 years all over the country and the Crushed Ice Catering team KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK for me and our 500 guests. They were beyond nice, took care of us with white glove service, the staff was incredible, food quality top notch and the creativity was out of this world. Their facility was incredible and the culinary team outstanding. But from a planner standpoint they made it absolutely seamless. Such a great experience. Thank you for such a memorable event!

Thank y’all for making planning from out of state so easy and non stressful. We chose the venue out of state because of how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food is! Every one that came ,some from hours away, had such a great time and said it was the best food they ever had. We also received thank you notes from people just for inviting them!! We hired Crushed Ice for a recent business meeting in Louisville. It was a mid afternoon event, which makes for a difficult decision in determining what to serve. The team at Crushed Ice came up with the perfect menu, offering many unique items for our event. The guests raved about the food and beverages that day and many took the business cards for Crushed Ice. The presentation was top notch and the service was great. I will definitely use Crushed Ice again for another event in the area.

Crushed Ice Catering and Icehouse put on a great event for a trade show we had in their space. We had speakers and presentations on the Mezzanine, a Trade Show Exhibition Space in the Main Hall, and have appetizers and a Happy Hour all day. Booked with Crushed Ice Catering for a fundraising event. The food was amazing (have two guests ready to book with the caterer for their next event) and the staff was excellent. They went out of their way to help clear tables of items that were not even theirs. Cleaned up their prep area and left everything spotless. Made our task the next day a breeze. This is our second time using Crushed Ice Catering for this event, and we will definitely book again! Reasonable prices, great food, excellent service.

Where do I event begin here! Crushed Ice Catering is amazing! The food was SO good! I still have people telling me how good the food was at my wedding! Crushed Ice Catering goes above and beyond...I told them I wanted to have tacos delivered as a late night snack and what did they do, the chef created a taco late night snack for us (and they were the most delicious tacos ever)!!! I highly recommend Crushed Ice Catering for any catering needs, they will take great care of you and you will not walk away hungry!!!

I had my wedding at the Ice House in April 2017, & here I am months later, on a random Tuesday, wishing I had a plate in front of me filled with their pow pow shrimp with mango glaze and mint yogurt (yes I remember all the exact names for their amazing creations), fried pimento cheese balls and more !! We still hear from our guests how to-die-for our wedding food was... Crushed Ice Catering was so flexible. They have an entire book menu giving you options between hors d'oeuvres, seated dinners, buffets, stations & everything in-between !! You can use their extensive, detailed book menu to tailor your food for your specific event. Their chef and sous chef were so helpful, even willing and able to go off menu to create the perfect selections. Their tastings are truly a five-star EVENT. You are wined and dined with your exact menu you have selected for your event, and then able to try other options & make changes as well. I could go on & on about Crushed Ice Catering, but simply put, they are the best people, making the best food.
