That was the worst steak dinner I ever got. Paid 21.00 plus tip and the steak and potatoe u could nit even eat .served me yesterdays food . so nasty. Will never spend my money there again. Need a new cook they do.yuk yuk yuk

Night Hawk Special steak was perfect and baked potato was hot and thoroughly cooked, However, the last two times I've ordered corn pudding, it was awful, like they forgot the eggs and used water instead. Please, check your recipe and re-teach the person making the Corn Pudding how it used to be made. It's really unedible the way it was tonight-too runny and tasteless.

Placed a order for 3 fish sandwich meals a loaded baked potatoe and dessert..when I got my order I had only 3 sandwichs and a baked potato..there were no condiments for the sandwich or loaded potatoes and I didnt get my dessert. When I called about the matter the lady didnt apologize just said the driver is on his way back with the missing items. I explained that my sandwiches would be cold which they were and she said "if you keep them in the container they should be ok". Well she was wrong they were cold and had to be warmed in the microwave...good to know I wasted $39.00 for a microwave meal!! They need better customer service and she never apologized or offered to compensate me for the cold food so I wont waste more money with them that has to be warmed up in a microwave before I eat it...not for $39 I wont smh

This used to be our go to order place. Well tonight was strike 3. The past 3 times we have ordered it has either been wrong...missings multiple things or just sub par food. I'm going to have to find a new place as tonight I ordered 2 meals and an app and we were missing the sides for the meals. They did bring them after I called but a little to late by that point :(

Normally I get great food here. Today I ordered a dozen wings. When they arrived they were soggy and swimming in about inch of wing sauce. All the other orders my cowokers made were covered in wing sauce as well cause the box was leaking. Next time take 2 seconds and just drain the excess!

Personally I think the food is great, the people who complain sit at home all day and watch price is right but truth be told 9 out of 10 you're going to get high quality food here and great service from people like Connie and Seth. I'm headed there now to get some tasty tater skins.

Don't waste your money people. The lettuce in the salad was brown and I didn't even get my loaded baked potatoe. I got a skinny 1/4 inch piece of meat that was supposed to be a ribeye for 11.99!!! I could have bought the same steak for 3.99 at Save-a-lot down the street. Hey.....??

I am an ex employee here. This place is nasty. 75 on their health code score but should be closed. If you want gnats chopped up with your tomatoes then eat here. Dishes hardly get washed. I wish I could post a picture of this disgusting bunrt-through-the-core potato corpse they delivered to me... Nit the end of the world, things happen... But then when I call for a refund they only offer me a tiny $2 "credit" -- credit toward my next ruined dinner? No thanks. This place has gone downhill for years and now it's worse than... I order from here regularly. I really love the food but it's always lukewarm when I get it. I pretty much always have to reheat my food once it gets here. If they have so much business that they can't get my burger here in under an hour, they should hire more drivers.

Ok so this is usually my go to steak delivery place but tonight, they were not on point. My salad was wilted and steak over cooked. Also, FYI, they charge you for each condiment packet! The manager Kendra said that I was informed of that but I was not! The driver arrived at my house with a more expensive bill and needed to use my cell phone! The manager did say she refunded 1/2 my bill for the troubles but beware when asking for extra condiments!!!!

First time I;ve ever ordered from Columbia's Express, but I have eaten at the other locations many, many, many times. Took a little longer to arrive than they said. The driver was blasting some radio talk show so loud the whole neighborhood could hear it. The food was almost cold. The steak, ordered medium, was well done and tough. And, even though I ate less than 1/4 of the meal, I ended up with food poisoning symptoms this morning...could be a coinicidence, but I don't think so. I will not order again.

We had our meal delivered to the hotel we were staying in. Spoke to Connie and she was very nice when she took our order. They said it would take and hour and was delivered in 30 minutes. Delivery man was very courteous. My husband ordered the Lunch Hot Brown with loaded baked potato and NY cheesecake. Said it was really good! It was so much food, he couldn't eat it all and saved some for later. I ordered potato skins and the Tenderloin Chef Salad. Was delicious and enough food for two! Customer service, delivery experience, food, price: all 5

First of all the only thing that was good was the potato skins and it was nothing fabulous. The rolls were terrible, and so was the steak I had. The croutons were burnt to the core. My waitress/bartender was nice but she was slammed because no one came in to work and was running the bar and the lounge. After sitting there a little bit a man came in with his wife and was really rude to the girl because she was slammed. He said she was being a smartass but she really wasn't. He was being the jackass. Apparently he is a regular by what one of the managers made it sound like when she stepped in. He still kept mouthing off after the fact of getting his beers from the manager. Me and my friend were talking loud about how rude he was and how we didn't want to sit there and eat if he was going to be sitting there. He eventually went back to a table. But the girl was pregnant so she was already under enough stress with all the tables she had. Also the music was terrible. I'd like to sit at a bar and have a conversation but that was not possible. I will definitely not be going back. The waitress was perfect but the atmosphere and the food was terrible.

Okay. So y'all know the saying, "don't order chicken at a steakhouse" okay, don't. Because the chicken wasn't that good. However, the sirloin steak waa amazing.! It tasted like we got it at a sit-in restaurant. The fries were mushy, but the mac and cheese and loaded backed potatoe was GRAND.

I wouldn’t even give them one star! I called them when i made my order because Grubhub had the wrong address, they said it would change and that was fine. I called 10 min after my delivery time (an hr later from the first call) to see where my order was and they said they had the wrong phone number i gave them the right number and they said that the guy was on his way now. I got off the phone with them and waited literally a whole hour before i called again for them to tell me that someone came and knocked and called me. Thats not true i even had my window open to check for cars noone ever came. They tried to blame Grubhub but if you are having that many issuses and according to the guy on the phone “its not thier issue” then stop using grub hub.!

The staff is friendly enough, but the food it hit or miss. I had the wings today and they looked old and were overcooked. My salad looked like it had been sitting in the sun all day. Not the first time this has happened. I'm sure I won't be ordering from here again.

Don't do it. I ordered my food at 1:20 showed up at 3. So after waiting over a hour and a half the driver shows up. Me being generally suspicious at this point, check the food before I pay. Sandwich is soggy and the meat is cold. Telling me the food was made about 45 minutes ago considering they have a warming bag with them. So not only did it take way to long to get here but also once it got here I sent it back with the driver because it was old. Did I try food? No but if that's the quality of their staff the food can't be much better. Only explanation given is they got backed up. I ordered at 1:20 on a Wednesday. Now I'm not goingn to pretend to know their business but how many people are ordering their lunch between 1:30 - 3 on a Wednesday. I think the general experience leads me to the conclusion that the employees are lazy and don't care. Sucks too I was hoping to find something other then pizza, jimmy john, and Chinese food that I could get delivered.

Ordered 2 specials last night, one medium well, one well, the medium well was cooked more than the well!!, it was almost medium rare, but have to say even if it had been cooked right , only 1/4 was edible, it was all grizzle. And we love Columbia’s but the last 2 times steak had been chewy, grizzly, or not cooked as asked, some ppl do like their steak well done, it’d be nice if you got it like that, , no more express for us, at least in the eat in you can have them cook it more, I’m 30 minutes away so can’t happen with express, also salad, had 1 radish. A few tomatoes and the rest just lettuce with some of it darkened in color, very disappointed in Columbia’s last night
