Just moved here recently and this is the first sit down place we've been to. It was excellent. Great for families, the food is fairly priced and the atmosphere is calming. I'm assuming they cook and make everything by hand because it took some time to get our food but lordy

Good food. Small place on the middle of nowhere, but excellent food. We stopped after touring Maker's Mark during Bourbon Fest. The restaurant is close to Independent Stave, or the Cooperage, which is also a great tour if your have time.

After second visit the food was poorly cook, had two take out chicken dinners they charged me $20.07 and didn't give me two sides order but charge me the Texas toast as an side item, after complaining to the manager by phone no response. Unfortunately we will not be back

Grew up in Lebanon, first time to visit in 45 years. Came here for the pie was not disappointed. Had the brown sugar pie, chocolate and coconut, all 3 where great. Kaylee was such a sweetheart. Really enjoyed our time reminiscing of old times.

Not as good as I remember.There was 4 of us at the table. 2 of us ordered a BLT is was supposed to come with cole slaw. It came halfway through the meal. My Mom ordered a piece of pie that was supposed to come out with the meals. It came when the cole slaw did. My onion rings were burnt. We didn't really have time to send them back. We we're going to a concert. But the BLT's were good. My Dad's food was good

Went here looking for a good home cooked meal. Was really disappointed that the mashed potatoes were instant. I was really looking forward to some real mashed potatoes since this is a small town. No lemons for my ice tea. My companion ordered the hot brown and it had no tomatoes on it. On a lighter note the staff was friendly. Probably won't be back. Patty B. Largo, Fl.

Loved the food but the service was very slow. Called in an order to be ready at 6 pm and it wasn't ready until 6:20 pm, so I spent most of my lunch waiting on the food. Loved the Philly Cheesesteak and onion rings.

We ordered the giant cinnamon roll, ham biscuit, ham and cheese omelet with green pepper and onion, french toast with bacon. The cinnamon roll and omelet were 5 star fare. The French toast was tasty but a little overdone. The country ham biscuit was delicious, exactly what you'd expect. The bacon was not good. It was super thin, with very little smoke or salt flavor, and it's hard to mess up bacon. Service was quick and friendly. Great value.

I had their chicken salad and i thought it was really great, the servers were nice, the atmosphere made me feel at home, they got tvs so you could watch a sports game if u ask to change the channel, and their pretty nice so i think they would change it to whatever sporting event youd like to watch.

Stopped in on the way to Makers Mark Distillery. The food was excellent. I had the pork tenderloin sandwich with home made chips, and slaw. Friendly atmosphere, and the staff was fantastic. I will come back again.

Just a simple, mom-and-pop restaurant. The menu had a good selection but was extensive. We started with cheesy fries. They were just OK. I thought the menu said they were covered with chili and cheese, but they only had cheese and bacon pieces. I'm pretty sure they cooked the fries put them in the little basket, sprinkled the cheese and bacon, and then nuked it all. The fries had that microwaved fry taste (just slightly). I had the pork tenderloin for my entree with mashed potatoes (with brown gravy) and green beans for sides. The pork was good but not great. It was thinly sliced and on the verge of being dry. Luckily, there was enough "juice" in the plate to keep it from being too dry. The potatoes and beans were both really good. It also came with either Texas toast or cornbread (the flat style...we call 'em hoecakes). I opted for the hoecakes, and they were really good. The service was friendly and the prices were decent. It is worth a return visit. (Sorry about the pictures. I didn't think about taking them until we were nearly done.

Awesome meal for a very fair price (entrees around $7-10 mostly)!! We added salads ($3) and they were definitely worth it. The pies seemed to be popular but we did not indulge. The place was very busy and service seemed a little slow, they may have been understaffed, but the food and atmosphere certainly outweighed any wait. Will definitely be returning because this is the ultimate in home cooking dining out.

Food was decent and the service was pretty decent. Nice setting though. We were there when they were real busy and they came and told us it would be little longer than normal. We were ok with that in no hurry. I got the boneless breaded and fried pork chops . The breading almost chip a tooth on it. We would go back though.

The food is always outstanding AndRge portions. Friendly waitress. If I had any comPlaint, it would be no handicap bars in rest room. I used to take my wheelchair bound sister there when she lived in group homes At least 5 years ago, we ask for bars. Today Sept. 16. 2018, there are still no bars. Definitely a fall hazard.

Passing through on a Saturday. The downtown places were closed and we didn't want Mexican or fast food so Cedarwood it was. Really it was just ok, not bad but nothing special. Could've been cleaner (maybe it was the very smoky smoking section)

Quiet and clean restaurant. Small, uncomplicated menu. Prices are amazing. I had no idea this place was even here, tucked away. Definitely a great place to catch a quick bite or sit and stay a while. American comfort food. Would absolutely recommend to anyone touring the area!!! The chicken fried chicken was wonderful. The fried green tomatoes weren't overly done or greasy. Sweet tea wasnt too weak either.

Good food, good prices. Nice ample butts abound. Friendly atmosphere. We have coffee here several times a week and supper at least once a week. My wife is pretty intolerant of smokers, and she almost never is bothered by the inclusive smoking policy. If you're in Lebanon, looking for a nonsmoking restaurant, try MC D's.
