This is by FAR the best Sandwich shop. You pick a bag based on the core type of sandwich you want (ie Turkey, Ham, Veggie...) then you check off options on the bag to select what you want to add to the sandwich. The customization and options are what make this place a cut above the rest! Plus option 8 is different every month, with a new core type of sandwich they are trying (ie Philly Cheese, Meatball...)

Tried the bahn mi, didn't care for it because of the Mayo. Seats were really uncomfortable. I got a gyro since the first 'which was mostly bread. The gyro was good though.

First time here! The sandwiches we got were very good and filling. I did not see how big each size was so I ended up with a large with wheat bread! Very good! I'm typically not a fan of a hot sandwiches but this was just fine. The staff were friendly and I like the way the orders are handled with bag fill out forms/sheets.

I like the sandwiches but sometimes the staff is rude and ignorant. The two guys behind the counter had a problem with me for some reason and proceeded to make jokes and stare instead of making my food and waiting until I leave to gossip. They was upset that I wanted my loyalty card swiped. What's the point in being a loyal customer if you don't want me to use my loyalty card? I will stay away from this location for a while. If I ever go back I have pictures of the guys so I will walk right back out if they're working.

Wasn't greeted when I entered (side door), waited at the will call and was left unaddressed perhaps ignored. At this time there were 2 behind the counter, 1 within 6 feet of me. I had to walk to the place order location at the other side of store to get acknowledged. *Sigh* Food was good.

Good food. Confusing to order, they need a big sign with clear instructions. Once you get it, it's not hard. Store was dirty when we were there, tables needed wiping off, floor needed to be swept.

Which Wich has been my lunch place for 3 consecutive Fridays! They are so perfect! My personal favorite is the Tuna Salad. It’s a cold wich, which needs no extra topping or dressing. However Which wich provides you options to experiment with toppings and dressing.

Had the Reuben and was not disappointed. I was little confused at first with the order cards, but quickly caught on and actually wish more places did it. Extremely effective and quick. Staff was friendly, and there's plenty of seating. Only complaint was how crowded it was, but that wasn't necessarily a bad thing. Will definitely visit again.

I advise everyone to be aware when going to this location! Lexie the owner preps food without gloves, scrapes out egg and tuna salad with bare hands.. cuts bread without gloves.. used expired product just to save her food cost! She keeps every tip any customer gives her for herself and doesn’t split it up with her employees.. she is so mean and self centered it’s not even funny. Which Wich she is giving your company a horrible name!! Also the employees walk around eating with their gloves on then they make your food!

Wich wich is my number 1 place for sandwiches. Filling portions and lot of variety makes this chain an excellent option when hungry. The bread quality is superlative. Staff is friendly and quick to serve. Healthier options available in the form of lettuce-wich and bowls. P.S. you would love this place more if you dont like talking when ordering food. All you do is mark the options on the sandwich bag and ur order is done.

Not bad, but not as great as everyone seems to think. My wife and I have had sandwiches 3 times, and I have ordered 3 totally different things. Value for money just isn't there. Considering how many options there are for sandwiches in OP, and how many of the busiest intersections you have to cross to get there, I can get a sandwich that is equally good, for less, without investing 30+ min of my time.

Which Wich has the best sandwiches among the sandwich shops around. Great quality, fresh ingredients. I am a fan of the Superfood Wich and the Wicked. Both are great choices depending on whether you are looking for a sandwich or a wrap. The jalapeno hummus on the Superfood Wich is awesome. Spicy but not overpowering. My only complaint is sometimes depending on the time of day you may get bread that seems a bit old and crusty even if you don't get your sub toasted. Hopefully a new location opens soon a little further north in Overland Park.

Lots of fun sandwiches, even bahn mi, as well as salads and drinks. Our first time there, we were confused as to how to proceed. There were bins of submarine shaped paper bags along the wall with the names of sandwiches, etc., for you to mark with your choices, as well as your name. You hand the completed bag to the clerk and pay. Minutes later, your sandwich is completed and slipped in the bag you wrote on.

I order via mobile app, its super fast and extremely convenient. Orders are always ready on time and I come in enough around the same time for occasional lunches so the staff recognizes me so I hardly have to say anything for pickup :) The food is always good too, it's not like your subway that sometimes has good bread sometimes has nasty bread, this Which wich has been good so far!

It was just 'okay' - I opted for a buffalo chicken lettuce wich and was surprised to have more lettuce than filling. I didn't want to complain, as my husband's was similarly skimpy; just assumed this was how they did sandwiches. Will try again in a few months to see if it was just a fluke visit.

Got to feed a team of hungry teens? Which Wich can help you do that with ease. Which Wich's staff, service, and sandwiches are excellent. I needed to feed a hungry team of Blue Valley Northwest Baseball players. We served the sandwiches between the double header and the sandwiches were gone in minutes, the kids loved them!! The sandwiches were such a treat because they were not all bread but had lots of meat. The BVNW baseball team wants to thank you for the awesome sandwiches. I want to thank you for making my life easier and being flexible even when they cancelled the game and rescheduled it for the next day. You Rock! When the kids are happy everyone is happy!
