I've always been treated with respect and courtesy when I've been in this location. The food is excellent and the service is great. This particular location had an issue with parking - and so I contacted the company that owns the shopping center where they are and alerted the lady who answered the phone - without the Quiznos folks' knowledge that I was calling - and within a week and a half the issue was resolved. When they found out I had contacted the shopping center management to advocate on their behalf they were so surprised but happy to find out.

As one of the great sandwich shops , I have got to say I am impressed . The owner has been running strong in this location for 18 years and is truly passionate about what has (heartbreaking) become an almost forgotten treasure of a resturant. There are not many quiznos left but this guy (owner) makes my sandwich , perfect, every single time. You can hear the passion and commitment to the brand and excitement he has innhis heart whenever he speaks and displays the pride he takes in his work through consistently and curdosey ring is customers8. The staff he hires on are always.good hearted , kind, attentive, and truly caring people . I'd I could give.this store 10 stars of i could , because I have no problem at all giving this establishment my money and will.continue to do.so for as.long ad it's around (as well as.hoping my patronage helps.keep this one of very few remaining sandwich gems aroud) because I know.im gonna get exactly what I want , every time for over 10 years now,.and the effort this.man.has. put.in for almost two.decades Is to truly be breathtaking. I ordered a sandwich online for my lunch so I could pick it up quick and be back to work. I only get a half an hour for lunch. My sandwich did not come with the wheat bread that I asked for and the tomatoes were also missing. It's not as good as it could be and for $10 I was definitely expecting more. Especially to get what I asked for.

Order the chicken carbonara and add the Chipotle mayo and barbecue sauce plus whatever sides you like (lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, jalapenos, etc) Quiznos is absolutely unbelievable and amazing. Staff here are very friendly and nice.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I recently ordered 60 regular boxed lunches for a local university football team. We paid for each box to come with a regular sized sandwich, cookie, and bag of chips. Instead, I received a small sandwich and no cookie in half of the boxes. When I called the next day to be reimbursed for the missing cookies and small sandwiches, I was told that I could not be helped. After contacting Quiznos' corporate offices, the owner was willing to come to a settlement. Less than an hour later, I received another phone call from the catering manager who actually berated and harassed me for "lying" about the service I received. He even told me I sounded young and that I sound like I have issues... I can't make that up. He even threatened to have his girlfriend speak to me on the phone. I have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional business. I will NEVER again do business with this Quiznos. You would think for an order of over $300 an effort to maintain business and some sort of professionalism would have been made. I am immensely disappointed and flabbergasted with this experience.

To be fair, I am partial to quiznos because I love it so take that into consideration. This Quiznos is fantastic. The interior design of the store is appropriate and welcoming plus I feel comfortable when I'm dining. The staff know their store and their sandwiches. They are great. Btw get the peppercorn steak sandwich. It's the best.

I often eat at Quiznos here in Butte, and have never had an issue until today. My coworker and I ordered online, to be picked up at 12:50 pm, 2 sandwiches and 2 regular sized fountain drinks. She went to pick up the order, since I can not leave the desk at work. My coworker came back with 2 sandwiches and 1 regular sized fountain drink. I shrugged it off and opened my sandwich to find my special requested toppings (which I have gotten here before) were not on my sandwich. Also, i opened my sandwich to take some of the mountain of lettuce off to find a long, dark colored hair in it. I proceeded to call the establishment and the worker on the phone told me since my complaint is not a big deal i would have to wait until after 3:00 pm to speak to a manager. Why would any employee treat/talk to any customer that way? And why would any customer be told that there issue with their order is not a big deal? Anyways, I am very discouraged by the way i was treated today and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Fantastic Quiznos you always be in and out in a Flash. Everything is clean and tidy except for a couple of tables that are a little wobbly. The bathroom is clean but the hot water and cold water were switched when it was installed in this was never corrected. I switch the handles around so at least the handle on the right now it says hot. But that only does any good if someone looks down and reads the handle first which no one ever does. Sandwiches are made just like how you want and you're always nice and hot!

Ordered a 9 inch sub at QUIZNOS in Woodstock new Brunswick told the girls wanted a chicken one with everything on it except pickles an absolute NO hot peppers of any kind they said ok I played for my lunch an started eating my sandwichan what did I night into but hot jalepeno peppers took sandwich back to girls that made it they said we will throw it in the garbage I asked them to just take all the hot peppers off the sandwich . They insisted on making me a new sandwich an when i sat down to eat it the sandwich was loaded with jalepeno peppers an i haven't eaten there since. This was my favorite place to eat me an my wife had many meals at this place sn was always well satisfied with our meals except for this instint

Quiznos has always been my favorite subshop. After this visit I don't even know that I can eat it again. Both the chicken on my sandwich as well as my soup were very cold and tasted disgusting. The chicken was so cold it was as if it had just came straight out of the fridge they must have forgot to warm it and the soup was barely lukewarm if even that. Nasty, nasty!! I couldn't even eat it.

I normally love coming here. I get the harvest apple chicken every time, however this time was weird. The lady behind the counter seemed dazed and incoherent, she had her eyes closed the whole time talking to me. Hard drugs perhaps? Besides that the sandwich tasted off to me, I couldn’t even finish it without wanting to get sick. It was so out of the ordinary because every other time it’s been great service and great food, today, not so much. It was a weird experience

The food is good but they always close earlier than the time listed. On the website, it states that they close at 9, but on they're door, its states they close at 8. I get there at 740 and the doors are locked and the workers inside cleaning up. It's not 8. Your doors should not be locked. If you dont want to work til 8, change your store hours.

This is the only Quizno’s that I know of in the area. Quizno’s is still a gem to me, and its subs are superior to the competition. The customer service at this location is stellar, as well as the food. My subs are always toasted to perfection. Did y'all know know Quiznos has tater tots?! Somehow, I did not know this. I visited a Quiznos once before, years ago. Must not have made much of an impression because I never went back! After today..I will be back! This store is not big by any means, but it was clean and had friendly and speedy quick service. William and Cassidy were both super sweet and got the orders perfect. Food was hot, fresh, Delicious! Treat yourself today, and don't forget that side of tasty tots!

I ordered a large Pastrami and Swiss I say large with great apprehension. Have you ever looked at a portion and thought completely pitiful? I paid $11 and the size of this sandwich was so pathetic, that when I decided to ask the guy behind the counter for vegetables and every other topping I could think of to increase the yield within this sandwiches diminutive, meager measure of bread, meat, and cheese I was left abysmally desparged to that which I could only compare with the sandwich itself. It's almost as if they made the loaf of bread as small as possible to eliminate any probability that a reasonable amount of ingredients could ever be confided within its wheated borders. My only regret is that I did not take a picture of this complete and utter excuse for a meal so that I might truly spare others from being ripped off. The store owner and manager stood behind The sandwich maker and watched this atrocity unfold.

Wait, theres still a Quiznos subs around!? You may be asking yourself in disbelief. But yes it's the real deal!! It's not the most amazing Quiznos in existence, but it's still pretty decent. I've eaten here a couple times and it's been pretty good. I had one comical experience in which the employee seemed almost shocked I was ordering a fresh sub. Staff have been great and I haven't been disappointed in anything I've ordered. Isn't necessarily the same as I remember the full shops being, but hey I'll take what I can get. I still have that stupid Quiznos song go through my head every time I see this place lol.

This place is absolutely disgusting. I thought Quiznos had standards that had to be followed by its stores but no such luck here. Behind the counter was a mess, would not score a 10 to a health inspector. There was a short indian man behind the counter( looked like he was related to the gas station clerk) that did not really understand English and had no idea what ingredients were on any of the sandwiches. A total waste of our money and time.

Fantastic sandwich shop located in a historic building in downtown Ferguson. I put Quizno's at the top of the sandwich franchises along with Potbelly's. Their toasted sandwiches are awesome. This facility is clean and well maintained. The condiment bottles full and organized. There's always the same three folks behind the counter and they're all super friendly and helpful as you order or if you have any additional needs. Highly recommended as a good and quick place to stop for a yummy toasted sandwich.

Great sandwiches, better than Subway. Their prices are discounted if you come in after 8p. Staff is not very talkative or engaging, but they are nice enough. The restaurant always looks very clean and neat. Great location in the heart of Ferguson.

First off let me say I have never been disappointed before this evening February 20, 2015 with Quiznos salads or sandwiches until tonight. What has happened to the meatball sandwich? Have you changed the recipe, supplier, whatever? They were tasteless and very dense texture-wise. I was unable to finish my sandwich because of this. Very disappointing to say the least. I will probably never order it again, though I will continue going for your other sandwiches, salads, etc.

The sauces is why I go. They make the sanwhich. The last time I was in they had opened about 15 minutes late so we were waiting. When we did get in they seemed as if I was bothering them so unfriendly and just like they didn't feel like being there. I asked about the different toppings and it was like pulling teeth. I will think twice next time I think of going there. Subway is up the street and it's cleaner and friendly
