Jeff was friendly and decent to work with, got back to me promptly for the most part. The food was delicious, but two high school boys were sent to my wedding reception to serve. Their customer service was terrible, they were rude and they acted as if being at our event was a inconvenience to their day. It’s ridiculous that we paid a few thousand dollars and had children serving our event.

Ruzicka's did a hog roast for our wedding. They brought in the entire hog with an apple in its mouth before cutting it down. Definite whoa factor for the guests. There were so many side options to pick from. We choose party potatoes, green bean casserole, and Cesar salad. Rolls were included too. Everything was perfect and tasty. All our guests raved. They don't use contracts, but that is okay because they came through! They showed up with a crew that set up and broke down everything. They provided plates, tableware, and even packaged our leftovers. Everything together was $13 a plate. Great value. I highly recommend!

Jeff is a gem - even with last minute changes! We hosted a pig roast for 70 last weekend and everyone raved about the food (party potatoes, especially)! The servers were great, on time, helpful - job well done and an investment worth every penny...

Ruzicka's recently catered my wedding rehearsal dinner. I can't stress enough how great of a job they did. We had steaks that were tender and cooked to perfection. Jeff was easy to work with the whole way, and there was always an open line of communication. If you need catering for your big event, Ruzicka's is your place.

Jeff was easy to work with, didn’t need a deposit and we got so many compliments on the food. We had Parmesan crusted chicken and the roast beef, red roasted potatoes, green beans with bacon and almonds and tossed salad. The only suggestion would be to put up two sets of tables to be able to run four lines of people thru to go quicker. The food was great! Thanks!

I had contacted Ruzicka's requesting a quote for catering 140 guests at our company Christmas dinner. The gentleman who answered was very friendly and told me he would get back to me with an example menu and pricing.... That was almost 3 weeks ago and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Needless to say I will be having someone else cater our event. You can have awesome food but if your customer service stinks, people won't return.
