There is a hair in one of the pork chop packages when I called and spoke to Jeff he said "huh, well I really dont know what I can do about that". The pork bellies were put into a thin plastic bag that already has holes in it but apparently that is acceptable also. Needless to say, we won't return and I don't recommend taking your animal to be processed there.

We ordered 25 lbs of pork and 29 lbs of brisket for our wedding it was unexpectedly delish, and well priced. I will be ordering again for other events.

We stopped here after checking into a motel down the street after a very long drive from Las Vegas. What a find! We ordered the Tues. special create your own hamburger, fries & $4 off a beer of our choice. We were both tired & starving & the burgers were amazing, fresh, juicy & just delicious! My husband who is a true beer snob was blown away by the selection both of beers on draft & in the cold cases. The staff was super friendly & the two ladies behind the bar were extremely knowledgeable & helpful in providing samples & recommending good beers to try. This is a must stop place if you're in Minden~~ you can be sure that we will return this Summer while camping in that area. They also have a great selection of deli salads, paninis & sandwiches & a deli case stocked with gourmet meats & cheeses.
