Love Zaxby's! Been to several different locations, there are none where I live in Ohio so I tend to find them when I travel. I've been to locations in IN, KY and SC. They never disappoint some of the best chicken I've ever had. In Ohio Lee's Famous Recipe is a staple, once I had Zaxby's I knew what I was missing!

This Zaxby’s is ok but not great. The one on the south side is much better. This one seems to always have something not working. Either the drink machine is broken or out of ice or something is wrong with one of the bathrooms or something. We will still eat here because it’s simply impractical to drive all the way across town. But this place could use some improvement.

The service was good. The food was good. It was kinda pricey but hey... they have some good sauce tho! I was kinda upset when I order my drink and the machine was basically empty. They have the new Coke machine with the different flavors but they only had diet flavors left. Besides that I enjoy my meal.

So I'm super excited, I got some Zaxby's!!!....but the excitement quickly dies when I crack open the box and there's hair on my chicken finger.....REALLY?!?! This location needs to utilize hairnets! I am so not happy right now. The location is over 30 minutes away. It would be a waste to go back for one chicken finger. Sooo...thus the review. Buyers Beware.

I had the Caesar Zalad, while the salad was plentiful, it tasted like absolute dirt. My lettuce was absolutely disgusting, and my chicken had an off taste to it as well. I received Ranch instead of Caesar dressing. Overall I usually love Zaxbys but this Salad was not the best. Anyone else have this problem?

Chicken fingers were over seasoned, egg roll was "boxed microwave" quality, chicken sandwich was just blah, too much going on. Raising Canes has a tremendously better product.

Food was okay but let's talk about the ignornat employees. First off when I walked in the black girl with the curly pony tail already had an attitude. She just stared at me no greeting with her hand on her chin. So I'm instantly irritated now. Asked her a question she gets smart. It took everything in me not to slap her. All those dumb little girls need to be fired that was my first and last time there not trying to catch a case dealing with y'all disrespectful workers.

Overall unimpressed. Chicken was dry. Fries were cold. Bread was soggy. Sauces cost 25 cents each which is excessive considering the nuclear and inferno taste identical. The restaurant was clean and the front counter worker was really nice. But the food isn't worth it at all.

Was very pleased. This might be silly to some people, but when you go into a bathroom you expect to find hot water at the sink. Well at this Zaxby's the water was very nice and warm. Just what you want to have to wash your hands. Got the chicken fingers, and i must say if theae aren't my favorite ones, they tie for first place. Service was good and quick, food was excellent.

Stopped in because in the south people debate if Zaxby's or Chick-fil-a better. I think they are comparable. Chicken tenders were made fresh for us. I LOVE that the breading was very light and even a bit of sweetness to them. The dipping sauces do leave a lot to be desired. The sweet tea was off the charts. I am glad we took home a gallon of the stuff!

I went here and got the Wings N Things combo and was overall really impressed. The tenders were exactly what I was looking for, the fries were great, and the sauce on the wings was really good. Only problem was the chicken in the wings had an off quality similar to bad chicken at a Chinese restaurant. I’m not sure if that’s normal, but it was a bit off putting. The atmosphere was really impressive for a fast food place, the whole place was really clean, and the employees were Chick-fil-A levels of nice.

They made us wait 15 minutes at the drive through before telling us they were closed. They were serving someone when we drove in so we assumed they were open. But the two workers inside mentioned nothing, made us wait, then turned off the lights before we drove up and asked why they weren't saying anything.

I have eaten at Zaxby's for nearly 20 years. I am happy to see expansion into Indiana. The fries were not seasoned enough though, in my observations more than 3 times in the past 6 months. And your location needs more decorating. Keep up the good work!

Just ordered from this place. They’ve gotten our order wrong three times! We ordered a House salad, with fried chicken, they gave us a Caesar salad, sent it back and they gave us a house salad with GRILLED chicken! Too tired and frustrated to go back in so we just took the orders home. Terrible service!

It's usually really good... Saturday night they were closing in 30 minutes... Food was trash... Ordered sandwich combo ,bread hard chicken was harder ... Still had 30 minutes before they closed and was giving out trash food service from the drive thru... sad ...

This is the first time ive been to this location the other one being in greenwood. This place was packed and in my mind thats good! Turns out I was totally correct! I got the chicken tender 6 pc tossed in the nuke sauce. It was spicy hot but not quite as spicy as the name made it out to be. The crinkle fries with the seasoning had a really good flavor as well as the toast they give you. Those to things help a lot when trying to bring the heat down a notch. Id give this place a 5 star but those Freestyle drink machines are garbage. I wish all places would get rid of them. All the same drinks from one nozzle. If you got HI-C it would taste like rootbeer. Other than only having that one machine this place was great! I recommend!

Great chicken sandwich. Kickin chicken had a good spicy sauce. They serve crinkle cut fries. I ordered the meal with tea. And didn't specify unsweet. Apparently if you just ordered tea you might get them to default to sweet tea. But she said would make good the next time. Food was great. If it was closer would eat there more often.

I was so impressed with this restaurant today (4/3/17). I was greeted immediately upon entering, all the staff was smiling and answered all my questions about the menu. The food was ready within 5 minutes, it tasted great. The restaurant was clean, the staff checked all the tables constantly to make sure guests were happy with smiles on their faces. The restrooms were wonderfully clean. I was floored at my experience here. I am not from Indiana and I have had some of the worst customer service experiences here, but today was my best experience at a restaurant here yet!!! You all are awesome, thank you!!

Every time I go here they mess up, whether it’s they didn’t give me my sauces, they messed up my drink, it’s always something. This last time they didn’t season the fries, they didn’t give me my sauces, they messed up my drinks, and they gave my boyfriend the wrong type of chicken on his sandwich. Try to call and talk to a manager? HA. The phone just keeps ringing. This location? What a joke.

The atmospher was great with an old school nostalgia. A couple TVs with college football on and good family friendly music playing. This is my new chicken joint!

Ordered food at the drive-thru on 07/20/2019 trusting they had decent people working and to my surprise upon getting home with my food, they gave me 3 chicken fingers instead of 5. I called a zillion times but they never answered the phone. I drove all the way back there to speak to the supervisor and his demeanor was terrible. This was my first time buying from them but next time someone ask me about them, I’ll tell that person to stay away. Very terrible customer experience and unprofessional staff.

I had heard good things about Zaxbys from friends, so I thought I would give it a try for dinner when my fiance was out of town. I enjoyed my food. The taste was definitely there. However my chicken fingers were actually about the size of my fingers. Maybe a little smaller. And my hands are not very large. It definitely didnt seem like very good value.

The new employees they have there are very rude. This location has always been my favorite until today. It all started with the kid that took my order, because he did not look 18. His name is Jason c. Very rude person. He took a while to take my order, was upset when I asked him if a meal included a drink. Then my brother was next, my brother had to ask him if he was planning to take my order. My brother looked at the menu very quick to make sure he was getting the right thing, he looks down and Jason C was looking away ignoring my brother. At that time my brother asked him, are you even here to work? Cause you dont seem to want to work. He then rolled his eyes. Orders came out with something missing. Eventually more people came in they all shook their heads on how this Jason C was acting. He even yelled at one other customer.This was my favorite spot but Im second doubting their hiring process... it was not like this before.

Service was adequate, but that's where the good things end. The food really wasn't very good. I ordered the tenders mean with a brownie. The meal comes with Cole slaw, a slice of Texas toast, fries, and the tenders. The slaw was bleak and tasteless, the fries were not seasoned at all and very starchy-tasting, the tenders were ok, but pretty greasy, and the toast was inedible. I imagine that this sort of food has an audience, but I'm not a part of it.

Excellent place to eat. The restaurant is always so clean and the staff are friendly and professional. The thing I love most about this place is the fact that they will allow you to try any and all sauces you would like to. My chicken was cooked perfectly and the fries were seasoned well and were fresh.

Dropped in for my first time having Zaxby's per boyfriend's suggestion, gal working the register was very quiet, but considering the overly extra woman in front of us I'm not surprised. Food was delicious and hot!! Slow for a Friday afternoon/evening. Soda machine was out of a lot of options but still lots available. Restaurant was clean and service was speedy

Had to wait for sbout 15 minutes for my food do to an "issue" in the back so the manager called me over and refunded my money without me complaining. Also, food is good. Just need to ad a spicy chicked sandwich to your menu. Not sure how a chicken place doesnt have a spicy chicken sandwich.

I went a little after lunch, and there were only a few other cars in the drive through, and practically none in the parking lot. When I got to the speaker, it took a couple minutes to be acknowledged. My order was taken, then I waited for my turn to get to the window. The gentleman at the window didn't say "hello", or ask me how my day was going, just told me my total and took my money. He handed my receipt to me without a smile, and then grabbed my food. It felt like a pretty cold transaction. I've worked in fast food, so I know what to expect with service. Just a "Hi" and a smile could have made the experience a lot better.

I have waited years to try zaxby. I had to drive my son 3 hrs away to go see a specialist at riley. So i decided to finally give it a try. The chips and dip was horrible. And the hot wings I had the hottest 2on the menu. bone in and bone out. The bone out was okay. And bone in taste like straight black pepper( the hottest sauce). The wait was horrible I had to sit in the parking lot for atleast an extra ten minutes. No offer of anything to compensate for a horrible wait time. But I guess I wouldnt have been too upset if the food tasted good. I may go back one more time for a chicken sandwich. They looked good on the menu. So we shall see. One day. I wont go out my way to go back though.
