My family just tried this for the first time. What an amazing gem of a manager they have in Natalie! She greeted us, walked us through the ins and outs of the hot sauce area, and the menu, and went way above and beyond in helping us decide what to order. She took extra care to ensure our daughter (who is a bit picky of an eater) was happy. We left absolutely stuffed full with leftovers. This has been the best service, hands down, that we have had in a year in any restaurant atmosphere, upscale or casual. The food was fresh and wonderful. I especially loved the guacamole. Great combination of good food and good people. There were several other people in the restaurant who had been coming here a while. A nice lady at a table next to us told my husband she comes weekly. I can see why.

Started coming here for Taco Tuesday about two months ago. The Tuesday special is awesome! Two tacos (hard or soft), chips, and a drink for $5.99. You can get ground beef, chicken, steak and blackened chicken. There's several different types of sauces that you can use you get to choose whatever you want and how much you want. The staff is nice and friendly and make sure they check on you to see if you need anything extra including refills on your drink. Next time you're in the area stop in you won't be disappointed :-)

Fresh every time. Outstanding tacos, chimis and quesadillas...probably other stuff too but that's all I get. Hot sauce bar is the, um, stuff. Hot as you want. Not just heat here, sauces are strong on taste as well. Great place for me and dudes or wife. My son loves it as well but I have to avert his eyes from the decor. Just not ready to explain the adult/ pot culture innuendo on the walls. Don't get me wrong...it's funny, just not how I'm raising my kid. Still highly recommend the food

It's not Applebee's. Really it's a great Mexican style restaurant with a very kewl "hip" decor. Family friendly and reasonably priced. They have about a dozen different hot sauces - something for all taste buds including a sweet hot sauce- which the Mrs and I go there to get. Try it, you will probably like or love them. Oh yeah, very, very friendly staff.

They did our catering for our wedding rehearsal dinner for 75 people and it was great! The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. We worked with Shannon and she was very friendly and made the whole processes easy. She showed up on time with her other staff member and they got the entire buffet prepped and ready to go pretty quickly. The food looked great and they have a big selection. We had the beef and chicken and they were a crowd pleaser. The tortilla chips are the absolute best and all of the food tasted fresh. Also they cleaned up the food and the area they worked in so we never had to worry about that. Please use them! And if you have any leftovers they will let you keep it (we brought some tupperware and you should too)!!!!

First time here. I got the chimichanga and my wife got three chicken tacos. Honestly this is very mediocre food. Chicken in taco was cold, and there was no cheese or sauce. Ordered two margaritas which consisted of a terrible pre mix and they use table salt for the rim. Bill was $40 for two of us with tip. Will not return

Food is always high quality and fresh, the environment inside is worth coming out of town just to experience yourself. I appreciate the discounts on Taco Tuesday and they have a hot sauce bar that is amazing! Only complaints would be sometimes the wait time, and the sauce cups for the hot sauce bar are incredibly small (order 5 or it's not even worth it). Price is a little steep for everyday use, but well worth a visit!

Not your traditional taco salad. The steak was good just a little bit salty. They gave you a small bag of chips with your order. Could've have been a little bit better. I will try other things on the menu before I give it 4 or 5 stars.

The corner near the bathroom and kitchen entrance smelled like dirty trap water. It was so off-putting we had to move. This was the first time in 8yrs I've been here. Nothing changed. Same decor, same hot sauces - it was like I entered a time portal. Everything is just ok. Food, decor, atmosphere. The staff was very friendly though. I would have rated this 3 stars if it wasn't for the rancid smell. Yuck! I won't be back.

This place is the best atmosphere and incredible staff. The last three times we've been in the service team has just went above and beyond. For example, we got cheese and chips as a side and of course didn't eat it all. When I went up to get a bag and lid, she literally refilled our cheese container to the top before we left. Restaurants just don't do that anymore and it's great to see a place take great care of their customers. It was small, but I know that and other experiences has made us lifers!

I had the burrito and it just wasn't very good. I got the chicken and it was bland. The tortilla was also a little stale I guess is the word kind of hard. It wasn't a full as other burrito chains I have been to either. The chips and queso were tasty though. I also liked their wide variety of hit sauces you can get. I'll try to tacos on taco Tuesday and will change my review if warranted.

I don't think that I have ever been in another restaurant in Indianapolis that has shown me so much respect and kindness like the one Tiquana Flats has shown. I was taken by surprise the very first time that I visited their restaurant off of 96th Street in Fishers, IN. The people that work there are almost always friendly and speak in such a manner that I love and that's why I continue to go there. Most of the workers are so sweet and kind to my daughter and other children as well. I believe the people who do the hiring there at Tiquana Flats on 96th Street in Fishers Indiana strive to hire nothing but the best of the human beings on this Earth. Like I said the people that work there are so beautiful, kind, sweet and caring. Alot of people take me as intimidating in Indianapolis. Nø nøt the peoples who work at Tiquana Flats though. Nø they don't. Great Food, Great sauces, great atmosphere, and great staff (except one manager woman who can be a little rude) Love Tiquana Flats¡ Whenever I'm in a rush to get my little one some food and I'm running errands that's a great place that I stop for a to-go order. They are always kind on the phone and have the food ready once I get there. They have a respectful tone for all people from all walks of life. MUAH. I would highly recommend this place no doubt. I've even went there and had a little bit too many drinks of couple of times or a few times. But now I go there simply just for the food¡ They have great deals that they post on Facebook. Was just there today and that is why I'm writing this review. Because trust me I've been through some horrible horrible places such as Jimmy John's on Pendleton Pike Indianapolis Indiana and one Mexican restaurant called IXCA Mexican Restaurant on Washington Strret Indianapolis, IN. And whenever I get such great service like the one that I was provided today from Tiquana Flats it deserves to be well recognized and put out there for the public to know. I know not all people have the same experience with each restaurant, but however I don't think I have ever had a bad experience at Tijuana Flats and I've been there more than a few times. Like I said the only time I kind of experienced a little bit rudeness was from the woman manager, but the first couple of times I ever saw her she was very sweet and then she flipped a d did a 360 on mi. Oh well as I can say for everyone else they're pretty great people when face to face. I don't know how they feel about me once I've turned my back, however long as they respect me when I'm face to face that's all I really care. Cuz if not we're going to have some difficulties and complications because I'm one who will be respected. I also give respect that's why I'm one who will be respected back. Tijuana flats is always a good stop for dinner. The TexMex is delicious. The staff is always helpful. The atmosphere is more than casual, it's slightly irreverent, which is a great change of pace. They keep my coke zero filled up, which I love, and there's always more food than I can eat. When im in that area, that's certainly my quick bite restaurant of choice.

I would do no stars. Dining room tables being sprayed off and wiped down and left wet / pretty sure you can’t “spray” tables - per code also kitchen was disgusting from views open to dining room - then they used paper towels to “dry” off - no sanitizer buckets with cloths could be seen and clearly they don’t know how to clean the customer tables and dining room - made me disgusted I requested my money back... this place grossed me out - just feeeel along the chairs and watch where you sit... the managers excuse??? “We’ve been in business there for 14 years and when we get busy we don’t have time to clean...”. Are you kidding me??? I would guarantee you none of them know anything about how to handle food - no nets were visible in people back there ... garbage piled high and food all over the floor... How and why hasn’t this place been shut down??? #heathdepartment Gordon Ramsey wouldn’t step foot in this place if he could see the way it was today... is there a reason they are always hiring????
