I went to listen to my son and 4 fellow students play jazz here. All I got to eat was the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie, and it was so good! Chewy and flavorful! Staff was so accommodating, and invited them back any time they want. They also did everything they could to make sure all customers were comfortable while they dined.

Good sandwich joint, they have some really good hot subs. They are pretty fast at moving along lines so the wait is never because of slow staff. Prices could be lower but it's a chain restaurant so can't really control that one. Each Potbelly's is unique since they decorate them with local memorabilia so that's cool too

Food is OK and sandwiches are fresh made. The bacon is a little weird for some reason though. Line process needs to be improved. You order at the far left, go down to the far right to pay, then go back against the flow of the line to tell them what you want on your sandwich after it emerges from the oven. Why they pressure you to go to the end of the line and pay is weird. Had a guy playing acoustic guitar the night we were there.

The food was excellent--I got the new pulled pork barbecue sandwich, which I'd highly recommend. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is awesome--there is a lot of Purdue paraphernalia--that alone makes the experience of eating here worth it. Theo men who took my order/made my sandwich were friendly, however the woman at the register was very unfriendly, and rude to me and the other people I went with. That is why I felt I couldn't give 5 stars. Other than that though, it was a great experience.

Get all the toppings. Great chicken salad sandwich, the Mediterranean is amazing, the wreck, pizza sandwich, and Italian are all great, and the shakes are delicious. But the best ingredients at Potbelly are the peppers.

Very good delicatessen-style restaurant. Went here with my co-workers for lunch and was pleasantly surprised with the prices and quality of food. I would recommend anyone to try this West Lafayette hot spot.

Not my favorite sandwich shop, but it's quick and within a few minutes walk from campus. Can't really rave about the food, but they do have a decent whole grain loaf that is tastier than the white loaf.

For a vegetarian, their Mediterranean sandwich is mouth watering. chips or their famous shakes is very very good. Coffee and Oreo shake! I used to have those when I was in college.

Fantastic experience, clean, friendly, and relaxed urban eatery stuck between the city library and campus with the best Subway, Panera, and Wendy's, a tad of McAllisters too. Menu isn't too big or offering anything all original (like that overly posh CoreLife) but it is familiar and gives fun additions few places offer like Buffalo Chicken and blue cheese. The app is smart - integrating gift cards and mobile payments. Starbucks leads mobile ordering (annoyingly! wish Starbucks would stop hiding hoards of cash off shore to avoid taxes!) and great to see others catching up. Our group of 5 was treated well and did subs and some various small dishes. I had a salad with extra Franks cuz some green and good kick goes a long way for me! The manager was super cool with my dumb gift card not wanting to work (felt bad about that!! guess older gift cards should be left alone). My Uptown salad came out like the photos look! Very surprised at this, everyone seemed happy and will have to come back.

If you want their food, get it to go or order it online. This place is always dirty. Food scraps over every table and employees sitting around at the counter so you have to clean them yourself. Employees also take your order with their headphones in and their hoods up. The food is good. Smoothies are also good, but I personally will be going somewhere cleaner.

Toasted bread and melted cheese subs. The hot peppers are great in everything. Good range from huge and hearty to lite snack sized offerings. Salads, mac and cheese, soups. Get the rotating specials (pastrami if they have it). Slightly more expensive than that other sub place, did I mention toasted wins?

Walked in to get a Mediterranean with chicken. Guy said they had no chicken. There goes 75% of any other option. Than proceeded to ask for a fountain drink. All but one beverage was available, didn't notice until I had paid. Instead of reimbursing me, he said there was nothing he could do. "The manager hadn't ordered enough supplies" one told us.

I went during lunch rush, and the wait was horrible. They also lost my order. But all that being said, they handled it well. The manager began handing out free drinks to those customers who were waiting. He was very responsive to the needs of the customers, and overall the customer service was excellent even though the wait was long. Nice people with a good environment, and the sub was worth the wait and confusion.

I called the store and asked to speak with the manager, Joey Baylor after my “to go” sandwich was not as warm and flavorful as it usually is. Joey was very polite and professional and offered to give me a free sandwich if I wanted to come back by. I told him I was from out of town and could not stop back by the store. He stated he was sorry that I was dissatisfied with the quality and said he would mail me a coupon for a sandwich that I could turn in at my closest location. Joey was true to his word and I received my coupons today in the mail along with a thank you note for supporting Potbelly’s. Joey, you are an example of what a good manager should be. I'm a grad student, and this is my favorite place to get lunch. The Chicken Enchilada soup is delicious, especially on a cold day. The salads and milkshakes are also wonderful. You can order on the app and save time as well. The lines are rarely long.
