Kim and staff delivered a delicious meal for our 50th reunion held in Bluffton. Very professional and courteous to everyone. We received many positive remarks from guests. I have used Kim two times and she delivers promptly and have not been disappointed with her service. Thanks Kim!

My wife and I ate here on Tuesday, March 12, 2019. The chili was very good. The cheese toastie was okay. This review though is not about the food as it is about what happened two days later when my wife called to check if she left her cardigan sweater there. My wife has been sick, which includes hoarse voice, so it can be hard to understand her. Anyways, she called and asked the lady that answered the phone at "Kim's Katered Affair" if they found a blue cardigan sweater. The lady must not have understood her because the lady replied, "You need to speak English." and then hung up on my wife. I felt this was very rude/disrespectful and should have been handled differently. For example, if you don't understand what someone is saying (especially a recent or current customer), it is better to say something like this, "I am sorry miss, I cannot understand you, can you repeat what you just said." This response (and definitely not hanging up on my wife) would have been a respectful and much better response. Thus, my review of Kim's Katered Affair is due to how the lady disrespected my wife on the phone.

Kim and company catered a wedding rehearsal dinner for us in December in Upland, IN. We chose Italian options from her menu for this gathering, and all three entrées were superb! (I've been to Tuscany, and Kim's food was as good as any I had there.) Everything else was great too--from prices to presentation to packaging leftovers for later consumption. I can't commend Kim's Catered Affair too highly. We were more than satisfied with everything, and grateful to have made her acquaintance. If only she operated in northern Illinois!
