They catered my wedding 7/7/18 and they are the best ! The food was beyond 5 stars omg I loved it all my guest loved it and kept talking about it! They all were very nice and professional and served our food perfectly everything about them was perfect . I highly recommend them .

I had Jonathan Byrd's cater lunch and snacks for a 2 day executive leadership summit. We had allergies and they worked with us on that and that we had far less people than they typically cater for but they worked with us on that as well. Everything was top notch. They are busy though, so patience is required. The flourless chocolate cake...OMG! I don't even like sweets!

Breakfast omelettes were swimming in water 3/25/19. The food is not presentable for offsite catering for military. We have had almost two weeks of catering from this catering company. Yesterday evening we were off work late and the stuff treated us like we were off park late, expression said it all. All we could do was apologize, not to mention there was plenty of food left over. Who else was going to eat it if it was already paid for?! In all honesty, I prefer to choose where I eat next time. (Food wasn’t great either. Nothing like the pictures and previous comments).

Opening Ceremony w/ 120 guests. Caterers showed up in advance to set-up. The food was spectacular. The staff was extremely professional, well dressed, and very courteous. I will definitely be using them again for future events. They also helped clear plates, which was not part of their job. Thank you for helping us with our event.

Our Company Holiday/Retirement Party was a success! We are still getting compliments from everyone that attended. You wouldn't have even known you were in a warehouse. Food was great and the staff was amazing! Thank You Jonathan Byrd's

We used Jonathan Byrd's for our wedding. What I have to say about this catering company is sadly very negative because of the way they handled customer service during and after our event. They ran out of beer with 3 hours left on our open bar and no one apologized to us the day of, or attempted to contact us after. We paid a lot of money to have a full bar, and we didn't have a full bar. I then reached out to them and was told we would get a partial refund. They sent a check that was made out to the wrong person (probably just an error in the accounting department) and I was told to shred it an that they'd send a new one with the correct name. Then I was told to send the check back, but I had already shredded it and thrown it away as instructed. Then they told me that they'd have to cancel the check and that I would have to pay $35 for them to do that and that amount would be deducted from the refund. This has totally ruined everything they did right. I feel like they only cared about us when we were paying them thousands of dollars, and now they don't care. I'm still waiting to hear back and I really hope I can change this review.

The Jonathan Byrd's Team did a phenomenal job catering our IT security event. Feedback from all those who attended was positive with many attendees calling out the quality of food. The staff catering were very friendly, engaged, and kept up with a large group of people to keep everyone cared for. We will absolutely use them for future events!

Jonathan Byrd's was incredible. Our venue made us choose from three approved caterers and JB's was by far the best! They offer real food that you and your guests will love. Not weird french food with names that I can't pronounce. Their sour cream and chive mashed potatoes are the BOMB!! We worked personally with Jennifer and she was incredible. She kept us informed on new developments and made sure everything was how we wanted it. We had concerns because a lot of our guests had diet restrictions. We had one vegan, one gluten free, three vegetarians, and a niece with a severe tree nut allergy. She listened to our concerns and was receptive when we asked to keep the ingredients for the salad all separate so my niece didn't go into anaphylactic shock.

Jonathan Byrd's catered a 2 day event for our industry trade show. I had more compliments on the food then i had on any other aspect of the show. They are professional's; responsive to our requests and their wait staff was top notch. Chelsea, Laura Lynn and Captain Jason outdid themselves. I would highly recommend them for any type of event.

The whole process from start to finish was flawless. The coordinators were professional and always helpful when I had questions. The day of the wedding staff were excellent with the food setup and they went above and beyond at the end of the reception helping us tear down. Oh, and the buffet style food was excellent. I would highly recommend Jonathan Byrd's Catering.

I ordered dinner for a meeting for 25 people. The caterer arrived on time and had everything set up as instructed. The food was hot (well, not the salad) and everyone in our group loved it. We felt it was very reasonable priced and will definitely be using Jonathan Byrd's again for future meetings.

The food prepared for us for the tasting was extremely good. The chicken was the best I’ve ever eaten. At the wedding the food was very good but just not as good as I remembered from the tasting. They did a wonderful job setting up the dining area and the cocktail area. Everything looked very nice. Now the negative: I told them one of the bridesmaids has a severe peanut allergy and asked if they could accommodate that. She said that they deal with that a lot and it’s no problem. Then a couple weeks before the wedding, I decided to double check about the peanut issue. I was then told in an email that “We can make sure we make the food with no peanuts however I do need to advise you we are not an allergy free kitchen. This means we have peanuts in our kitchen. If she has a severe peanut allergy we do recommend she brings her own meal.” Thank God I double checked otherwise there could have been a tragic end to the wedding day. Also, at the initial meeting when asked how many people they would be catering for, I told them the total amount of people I was inviting and that I’ve heard about 20 % of those invited don’t attend. So I said no more than 150 people and probably around 120 or so would probably be there. She had the count down as 150 which was the total number of guests invited. She didn’t advise me at that time to have her write down a lower guest count because there was a charge if I went below 20% of the estimated amount of people that would attend. She never mentioned an extra charge if the guest count was below 20%. I had read through the contract quickly and didn’t catch the sentence “This Minimum Guarantee can NOT decrease more than 20% from the guest count on the initial signed contract. *For Wedding guidelines, see below under WEDDING BOOKINGS”. Under Wedding Bookings it doesn’t mention anything about a minimum guarantee or an extra charge. They state in the contract that you can’t go below this minimum guest count but it doesn’t state what happens if you do. They charged me an extra fee of $483.00 for going below 20% of the contracted guest count! From what I understand from the wedding planner, they had at least a 2 week notice that the guest count was lower. I’m not sure if they can legally charge me an extra fee since it’s not in the contract but I felt I had no choice but to pay it. I had talked with the event manager at Jonathan Byrd and explained why I thought the charge was unfair. She seemed sympathetic and said she would pass along my concerns but I never heard anything back from upper level management. I would have thought that they would have wanted to come to a compromise on the extra charge just to keep the customer & wedding planner happy and prevent any bad will. I feel that for future clients, they need to highlight this area of the contract so that clients are more aware of this charge and how much it will be. They should also advise clients to give a lower estimate of the guests they think will come to help prevent an extra charge.
