HUGE thank you to Inspired for making our recent wedding at the Garfield Park Conservatory a massive success. We knew the moment we met Michelle Dallas that we were in good hands. She was responsive and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, had great ideas, accommodating with our requests, and generally made the entire planning process so seamless and FUN! We loved getting to know Michelle, it was a added perk that she's just a blast. :) We had a Mexican/Indian wedding and Inspired did a beautiful job of incorporating these flavors into the food. Everyone raved about the food, we couldn't have been happier. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. The attention Michelle and her staff paid to us and our guests the entire night was incredible. Magically, I was never without a drink in hand! :) Also, I appreciated that the staff ensured we were well fed throughout the evening (they brought us appetizers as we took photos, met us with coffee at the dance floor, etc). Definitely the best night of my life, in large part thanks to Michelle and Inspired. THANK YOU!!!

We could not have asked for a better experience in planning our reception with Michelle Dallas and Inspired Catering. We came late to the game in planning our wedding. We checked out several caterers, but none of them had the menu variety and flair we found with the Inspired team. Michelle listened closely to what we wanted, and found creative ways to work within our budget. Michelle is the consummate professional. No problem was too big for her to tackle. She worked seamlessly with our venue manager and DJ to create an evening that was more than we could have hoped for. Family and friends are still talking about the fabulous food, great music, beautiful decor and the warmth and attentiveness of the wait staff. Honestly, we could not have done it without Michelle Dallas and the talented team at Inspired Catering.

Liz and her team recently provided catering for a milestone anniversary event for my company. We all loved the food and everyone had a great experience with the food service team during the event, as well as great communication leading up to it. The variety of the menu was great and pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely work with Inspired Catering and Events again in the future!

Liz is amazing!!! That girl has a true love of helping others and it shows. The amount of proposals she sent to us to make sure we had exactly what we wanted was, for some, probably annoying. But not Liz; she was eager to give us the best wedding and I believe we did. Instead of a buffet or plated dinner, we had pizza delivered from next door and, while some caters wouldn't dare work with another company when it comes to a wedding dinner, Liz was excited by the idea and helped us pick appetizers to pair well with it. The only concern our guests had throughout the night was that her staff was TOO efficient; they would put their drink or food down to dance or talk to someone and when they turned back to grab it, it had been taken away. But, honestly, if that was the only negative thing people were talking about, that's a pretty freakin good night!

4 STARS HANDS DOWN! This catering company is the crème de la crème! The best company out there! They will take care of you no matter what! Michael and Nonee are the best. They are so fantastic and accommodating. The food is phenomenal and the decor and design is beyond perfect for any occasion. They are so professional to work with and cannot wait to have my own event working with them!

I would not recommend doing business with this company under any circumstances. Inspired Catering was vending at a music festival. I decided to buy their food. Their employees stole or lost my credit card in less than 2 minutes. It was mind blowing and frightening they could be so disorganized working a high volume event. 9:10pm: I arrived at Inspired Catering's booth and ordered food. 9:12pm: I was given my food and gave my credit to their employee to pay. 9:14pm: MY CREDIT CARD WAS STOLEN OR LOST BY INSPIRED CATERING STAFF* 9:15pm: I am angry and ask them how they could lose my credit card in minutes and they shrug. I proceeded to press them to find out how they could be so incompetent and another employee says it wasn't her co-workers fault. No apologies. 9:16pm: I AM EXTREMELY ANGRY. Their staff is not at all apologetic. I suspect staff may have stolen my credit card. 9:17pm: Still no apologies so I took pictures of the tent and staff to report to festival management. 9:20pm: As I am taking pictures the "manager" of the booth asks to speak to me. I finally receive an apology from him. I explain to him that I am traveling and this is my only method of payment. He took my phone number, said he would talk to business owner, and said he would call me with a follow-up. 9:30pm: Fraudulent charges start being made on my credit card that Inspired Catering stole or lost. No one from Inspired ever called me back and I was stuck traveling without a credit card. Whether their staff was conducting a scam to steal credit cards or just totally incompetent causing them to lose my card in seconds - I recommend you steer clear of this business under any circumstances. *How my card was stolen or lost by Inspired Catering: There were 2 women working the counter and only 1 of them had credit card processing machine. Woman A helped me and Woman B was processing credit cards. Women A said she put my card on a counter or table so Woman 2 could run my card. Woman A then told me that Woman B HANDED MY CARD TO SOMEONE ELSE.
