I was extremely pleased with the customer service, delivery driver, and the food (particularly the excellent packaging). The only reason I am giving a 4-star rating is because it was somewhat difficult to the gauge delivery time within a one hour window as our event was downtown on a boat so, I had to meet the driver. Mike was extremely accommodating and made the delivery extremely easy. I highly recommend Corky's Catering.

I was skeptical at first when we ordered for my sisters quince I’m more of a traditional girl and would have liked to stick with a more Mexican dish menu. Well let me tell you guys that when I had that chicken Parmesan my whole mouth exploded with flavor! Then the vegetable medley omg!! I couldn’t get enough!! The pork loin was soft tender and all the flavors are so rich an flavorful! I will definitely be ordering from Corky's again they did an amazing job!! Corky's Catering was recommended to me by someone with a lot of experiencing working with caterers. She said the menus offered a broad selection of food, ranging from hot dog and hamburger picnics to elegant events, small or large, at extremely competitive prices. My husband and I volunteered to provide for catering a post-funeral repast to a financially strapped family who had just lost a beloved one. We were looking for good prices and a menu appealing to people who enjoy down-home-cooking. We let one of the family members choose the menu suited to such tastes; she selected the "Country Comforts Buffet", which consisted of fried chicken, BBQ rib tips, baked mac n' cheese, southern-style green beans, and rolls and butter. The price was very good at $8.99 per person. I also purchased a large dessert tray that included a variety of fresh-baked cookies, pecan fudge brownies, lemon bars and raspberry bars, with 70 items altogether, a soda beverage and bottled water service and a coffee service. Originally, we planned to set it all up ourselves with the help of volunteers, but when we became unsure of getting volunteers, we decided to add two attendants to set up, aid in serving and cleaning up at a cost of $208 for two hours. This turned out to be the smartest thing I did all day, after selecting the caterer. We were anxious about everything going smoothly, on top of the ordinary stress of the situation, but our minds were soon put at ease when the first attendant, transporting all of the food and supplies arrived early and was cheerful about waiting 20 minutes for all the mourners to depart for the cemetery. Her car was packed full of boxes of food and equipment for the buffet and we helped her carry everything in and to the lower level of the church where the repast was held. Terri, the attendant, was very pleasant and respectful of the occasion and she went to work immediately, setting up the buffet. At this time, the second attendant, a very nice young man, arrived and helped Terri set up everything. There was a lot to do but they worked quickly and efficiently to prepare an appealing buffet that was set up in an in plenty of time to greet the mourners returning from the cemetery. They didn't complain at all having to wait for everyone. Guests lined up to help themselves to food and beverages, which obviously appealed to everyone. It was self-serve but Terri and her co-worker were on hand to assist diners. We each had a plate of food, with a selection of things, and it was all delicious and fresh. People clearly were enjoying the food; many returned for second helpings and some asked us who the caterers were. The bereaved family told us they loved the food and thanked us sincerely for providing the repast. There wasn't much leftover, but Terri and her co-worker packaged up what there was for the family to take home, and they were touched and grateful. Our experience with Corky's was excellent, and I recommend them without reservation. Working with them relieved us of much of the stress of a difficult occasion.

The customer service is OUTSTANDING, The food is DELICIOUS & HOT, and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend you guys to friends and other businesses. We had Corky's cater our wedding. The food was pretty good and the price was pretty good and the staff was helpful. On the whole it was good value, though it was a little more expensive than we would have liked and they served us the wrong salad (we had two choices of salad and we picked one of them and they served the other at our wedding)

Yum-o! I ordered catering for a family party. When you're dealing with a company you've never had to deal with before you just cross your fingers and hope the food is good. Well, I must say everyone enjoyed the delicious food. Tasty, great food for catering. Very pleasantly surprised. My only downside is that they give you a 2 hour window and they can arrive anytime between that window. So i told my guests to arrive at the beginning of the window but the food came 2 hours later. I certainly don't think that worth removing star or native review because everything was explained and communicated properly. And ultimately the food was great. Very happy!

I had Corky's cater my brunch wedding reception. The food was great, and I have no complaints about that. However, the organization was not great. My husband and my mother had to correct the staff because they were setting up the tables and table numbers incorrectly. This was disappointing because we had spoken with Christina over the phone and via email to discuss our floor plan. The groom and the MOB shouldn't have had to supervise a group of professional caterers who already had a floor plan with them. The only other issue was they served the mimosas at the wrong time. We wanted them for the toast, but they served them earlier and then we had nothing to toast with! Yikes! Overall, I would've spent more money to go with a higher end catering service just so I wouldn't have to worry about little details in the setup. That should've been the least of my worries on my wedding day.

Holy cow! What a wonderful experience working with Bethany from Corky's catering! I would recommend them highly for any occasion. What started out as a small party for my 90 year old father in law, turned into a family reunion of sorts. The weather looked bad, so we asked for a tent, sure, no problem, they came out for free to survey the site. The weather looked worse, can we add sides to the tent? no problem! Can we do mostacholi for twenty, and add artichoke chicken? Sure. The food was amazing, delivered hot and fresh, and on time. It was memorial day weekend and they arranged delivery and pick up same day. Everyone was courteous, and fast. Bethany was always prompt with a response, and delivered as promised. And Soo patient! Thank you so much for helping us give Dad a perfect day ❤️.

I have been using Corky's Catering for our events in the office. Jennifer stopped by and dropped off some information. She was so personable and sweet I thought I would give them a try. When I thought of Corky's in the past I just thought of fried chicken and potato salad. I tried them once, and keep using them every month. The staff enjoys the food very much!! there are so many choices. The gentleman who delivers the food is always on time and very very nice. I am hard to please and I highly recommend them.

My Father had his 75th Birthday Celebration Catered by these people on 11/10/17 the food was not prepared it was cold and in bags we had to Fix and Warm it ourselves the Greenbeans was Past Aldente and it tasted like it was put only in hot water no Seasoning We paid quite a bit of money for this Garbage they called a meal and to be treated in such a manner like that by the staff or delivery people. They didnt want to bring the food in they complained about the stairs they knew it was A Lodge in the Lower Level. I wouldnt reccomend this Catering Service to Anyone or Anything They are Overpriced for Lousy Food and Service . I wouldnt accept it for Free..

Me and my husband were definitely very careful towards the catering selection. The quality and quantity of food was something extremely important for us. And they were above our expectations. Very efficient and easy to work with and they were able to personalize the menu according to our needs. And after several tastings, hands down Corky's service fullfilled all our needs. We truly couldn't be happier. If you seriously want literally every guest at your wedding to tell you that your food was the best they have ever had at a wedding, definitely get Corky's as your catering service. The food was absolutely incredible. We had salmon, New York strips, vegetable lasagna, roasted vegetables, tri color potatoes. It was all marvelous! Late night bite snacks, kids menu... Plus their staffing was skilled, very friendly and attentive. We cannot recommend their work enough!! We can not stop remembering about the awesome day and big part of the reason is because we chose their service. SEVERAL guests feedback saying that was the best wedding they had ever been! And we do own most of the compliments to Kristina Corky's manager who carefully attended all our requests and made sure to put in practice. She and her staff displayed all the decorations according our check list, just as we wanted them. As well the bar moved smoothly close to the reception, during dinner. Serving the cake at the tables. Attending our request to serve wine at the table during dinner time. Their great set up and clean up time for reception venue and ceremony. Saving the food leftover. We highly recommend Corky's for your special day. They will take wonderful care of you from start until the end!!! If there was a possibility for providing more than 5 starts to them we would!!!

we were going to give a nine due to the slightly stale rye bread and lack of lettuce Tomato on some varieties ex: ham and swiss (the lack of these was noted on the menu) would have been nice tho. & no mayo However, overall we were quite pleased with the generous portions of meat on the sandwiches.
