Our experience with CBM was extraordinary! We received abundant compliments about the delicious food and its presentation at our event-- many said it was the best they'd ever had. Can't say enough about our Coordinator, Stacey--she was knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, enthusiastic and thoughtful about our event! Thanks for everyone for making our daughter's wedding so memorable!

I can’t speak to the food. But the customer service is terrible. A delivery van was blocking my driveway for 15 minutes. I had a sick kid that needed to use the bathroom. When the delivery guy finally came out I asked him to move so we could get through. He decided not to listen said he has one more delivery and left. He came out another 10 minutes later and still no apology, despite him being in the wrong. My kid soiled his pants. Thank you, I’m sure you have all the business you need. You will not get mine.

We used Michaels for our Daughters wedding at a venue that had to be completely catered with a pretty large guest list. Michaels (Michele)didn't miss a beat! From the servers to the bartenders, from the food to the drinks, everything was perfect. There were a lot of moving parts and Michele made sure everything worked. The food was HOT and delicious ! :)

Our Event Coordinator Katie was responsive to our needs and did an outstanding job. She provided us suggestions on making our holiday meal a success. From the time of ordering it through her, communication between both of us was professional and all questions were answered in a prompt manner. Thank you Katie. We picked up our order and Katie T. was professional in making sure we received everything on our order including instructions on heating up the next day. Thank you Katie T.! Catering by Michaels menu and meal choices are perfect for any catering needs and very reasonable priced for being on a budget. The holiday dinner we ordered from the menu was delicious and everyone raved how much he or she enjoyed it. We will definitely be back. Can't say enough amazing things about CBM! A+ across the board - professional, friendly/so personable, quick response times, reasonably priced, and of course AMAZING food and presentation! They just catered one of my couples' weddings in Chicago this past weekend and everyone was raving about how delicious everything was - appetizers, entrees, desserts, late night snacks. They knocked it all out of the park. Stacy was on site the entire time coordinating with the wait staff, checking in with the bride and groom, working with all of the vendors with ease, confidence, and a big smile. They really go above & beyond serving incredible food too. They assisted with flipping the venue from the ceremony to the reception and offered to help with everything. Look no further if you're in need of a caterer!

We were extremely pleased after using Michael's for our daughter's Sweet 16 party. Katie Free was our coordinator and an absolute pleasure to work with. She was patient, provided many options to work with our budget and gave great recommendations for food choices. Delivery and set up went exactly as planned. Everyone loved the food and we had more than enough for multiple servings.
