Im sorry for your poor experience. Was this at a location in Boise? TIKIS IS OUR BUSINESS and we actually Do NOT HAVE A DAY TO DAY SHOP OPEN. I think you may have reviewed the wrong business. We are MOBILE CATERERS and attend events and festivals. If this review is in error we would appreciate you removing it as it reflects poorly on an incorrect business. If it was our business and you attended the Music on the Water event on 6/1 and 6/2, please let us know how we can make it up to you. Thank you so much!

Lots of flavor choices! I’ve been to several events where we enjoyed a tikis shaved ice. They always have good service and the good shaved ice not ice pellets. My favorite is lime coconut yum!!!

Zero stars if I had a choice. Never coming here again. 1 guy working, its a busy, hot day, I get that we may have to wait a little bit. No big deal. But then I see that hes screwing up the order of the drinks, the people who ordered first were getting their drinks last. Everyone was confused as to whose drink was whose because he didn't put the name on the drink.. Well, when there's 5 people who order the same drink, you have 5 people coming up to the counter to pick one drink up... doesn't work out very well. Hes calling out the wrong sizes of drinks. While we sat there for over a half hour waiting for our drinks, I saw at least 4 people swap their drinks because they realised they had the wrong one or wrong size. Super unorganized. The guy is basically whispering as he calls out the drinks. And stands there holding it waiting for someone to pick it up out of his hand .. In my mind I'm thinking dude, yell out the size and flavor, set it down and get busy on the next one. You have a ton of people waiting. And if you're gonna take 20 orders at once, then make sure you keep it in order, so its first come first serve. Hes spilling peoples shaved ice as he hands it to them. Has no hurry bone in his body. Super annoyed with this experience.
