Customer service at this place is the best in the downtown area of Idaho Falls. The people who work here are fun, and it didn't take long for them to know me as a "regular." Oh, and the food is really good. I recommend the Pollo Fundido.

Meh, just wasn't very good. My wrap had too much sauce/dressing that was overpowering and made it soggy. The guacamole had no flavor and was completely forgettable. Wouldn't recommend.

Attention to authenticity of flavor. This was the first restaurant that I visited when I moved to Idaho Falls. The second time that I came here, I wanted to get fajitas, but the owner said that even though they were on the menu, she could not offer them right then. She was training a new cook, and until the cook learned how to make them correctly with the 23 different seasonings that go into it, she could not offer them. That's authentic! Love their food! And, they have Modello on tap.

Fantastic place to have a very good inexpensive lunch. I met a friend here this week and the atmosphere was very nice. We could talk without yelling to each other. They also had a big couch in a U shape for lounging in front of a Big screen TV and a drink. I could see myself coming back after hours for a drink and socializing.

I had the shrimp tacos. They were very good. Rice and beans that came with it though, intermittently cold. I'm guessing, not microwaved evenly. Would have preferred, fresh food vs. Microwaved food. The quality of shrimp tacos made up for the rice. The service was very good.

I found this place just walking around in Idaho falls downtown. Food was delicious and the staff was extremely courteous. I loved the Munchy Platter. The special cove setting was intimate nice to go for a date. The Fried Jalapenos is a must try for spicy lovers.

This was my first time eating here and I loved the experience! A very comfortable and friendly atmosphere and quick service. Our server was very nice and helped answer all of our questions about the menu. She was also patient with us and our indecisive food choosing. The food was not only very yummy, but a great price as well. My boyfriend and I shared one of their pork burros which was very good! I'm sure everyone's different but for us, the one was large enough to fill us both. Will definitely return in the future!

I love the food at Pachanga's! Everything I have tried, I really enjoyed. The food is made fresh and tastes "clean". Not greasy or oily. The menus have realistic pictures of the items and the servers are always welcoming and even remember you. This is a great place for a date, family meal, or even to order out. The prices are fair and I always have to take leftovers home because the portions are huge.

I moved to Idaho from California back in 2007 and wow we're my Hubby and I glad to find this place! Really good flavorful Mexican food. Over the years they have added more and more tasty items to the menu. I am still a huge fan of the shredded chicken burro(a plate sized burrito) and we can never get enough of the chips and homemade roasted salsa. We have gone there so long the owners, Erika and Tony have watched our daughter grow up and they know us all by name. We now live in SLC but every time we go home to Idaho Falls we have to have Pachangas!

Great place for Americanized Mexican dishes. The bland flavors are perfect for people who have a sensitive stomach. Allow yourself a lot of time to eat at Pachanga's, even if it is empty, the food always takes much longer than you would expect. Is it worth the wait? You'll have to decide for yourself!

The food here is amazing, although the venue was better at their previous location. I would absolutely recommend the Justin's special, which lets you sample a lobster enchilada, pollo fundido, and a delicious fish taco, all of which are delicious.

Came in for dinner with some friends. Pretty long wait time for food. Asked my waitress where the appetizer I ordered for our group was and she said there was a mistake and it was coming out with our dinner. She stated she would talk to her boss about the error and get the appetizer comped. When it came time to settle the check though I got hit with a guilt trip about how she would have to pay for the app herself in order to comp it, so I ended up paying for it instead. Will not be coming back or recommending Pachangas to anyone.

Nice open decor restaurant/bar. Went for lunch. Great staff and very good food a winning combination. Chips and very good salsa on the table was refilled free. Bottomless Pepsi and Dr Pepper/Diet DP. We enjoyed the chili verde burro, tasty shredded beef taco, and an enchilada combo plate. We will be back!

Rice was clumped and hard stuck together no flavour. Tacos seemed sloppy and pre-prepared and heated with very little filling. Service was slow, wasn’t able to finish the food because it just didn’t taste anything like Mexican food.

We love the food at Pachangas but unfortunately we got some bad food poisoning from it yesterday. The service yesterday was also horrible. We had a group of 10 and they brought out all the adult meals and had totally forgotten to even put the kid meals in. The kids were crying and we could not even enjoy the food that would later have us sick. The waiter didn’t even offer us a discount for the food kids food. My niece got her food after everyone else was done and ready to go. Terrible service.

In this part of Idaho you find less Tex-Mex and more authentic Mexican cuisine, often from much farther south than Tijuana. There is a variety of flavor pallets in our area. Pachanga's is one we like. We haven't fully explored the menu but everything we had last night, we'd be happy to have again. The staff is just very warm and awesome.
