I am the Executive Assistant for a school and I hired Gordon and his son to handle the food and dessert for our staff Christmas Party. Let me just say that EVERYTHING exceeded my expectations. Everyone raved about the food - to say it was delicious doesn't even do it justice. The presentation of the food alone blew us away! Generous portion sizes - enough for twice through the buffet line. Gordon and his son were professional, handling every tiny detail. We plan on booking them for future school staff events. I may even hire him personally for entertaining at my home! I would recommend him again and again to everyone!

This is a very long overdue review for the BEST catering service in Boise. We have had the pleasure of trying his professional catering at a work event and it truly stood out from the typical and usual catering groups. He uses quality ingredients and unique flavor profiles. We then bought a private cooking class at an auction from Gordon’s Catering and it was an experience we will NEVER forget. Gordon was professional, extremely organized, and the presentation was to die for! Our small group had one of the most memorable nights of cooking that you can’t find/have anywhere else in Boise. Gordon and his staff prepared a masterpiece meal for our school fundraiser at Barber Park Event Center. Many of our guests commented on how wonderful the food tasted and looked (the presentation was an artwork in itself). Gordon's Catering recently catered our daughter's wedding in Emmett, ID. Even though the temperature was cold (18 degrees) outside, the food was hot and delicious. The variety and quality of the food was excellent and the table setting was lovely. We had several guests say that it was the best food they had ever eaten at a wedding! Gordon catered my squadron's Holiday Party and he did an awesome job. From the start I told him the budget I had to work with and he made it happen, still providing multiple appetizers, a full meal and desserts even though it wasn't a huge budget. At the event his presentation was beautiful, the food was amazing (good enough to be a topic of conversation during the meal and even the next day), he brought enough food that people were able to get seconds, and he even went out and got coffee for us even though that wasn't part of our agreement. Gordon is very nice, professional, and easy to work with. He not only met but by far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend him to anyone regardless of what type of event they are hosting.

Phenomenal! I have worked with Gordon on several occasions over the past few years including Business After Hours events, Bank Christmas Parties, and I even chose him to cater my wedding. Not only did he far exceed my expectations with his professionalism and overall presentation, the food was Phenomenal! All of the guests raved and the variety was exceptional. Gordon and his team rock! I have been to several events catered by Gordon so when we needed a caterer for a very special event there was no doubt who we would call. What I didn’t know was how easy it would be to throw a birthday party for 50 with Gordon taking the lead. He selected a fabulous menu and made suggestions for the venue to ensure party was a suxcsss. Gordon catered our office Christmas party this year, 25 of us for dinner in a private home, and we were VERY pleased. He was so easy to work with, conscientious about correspondence and timeliness of delivery. We had more than enough food for an excellent price, and the whole experience was extraordinary. The presentation was lovely, with the fresh colorful fruits, tender and moist meat entrees, and creative appetizers all exceptionally delicious. He even brought containers for all the leftovers to make enjoying his meal after the event super easy for us.

Gordon made the usually stressful experience of getting a caterer a cake walk, menu suggestions, input on items you pick, it couldn’t of been easier. We loved his "fresh from the Market" concept as his varied creations were so innovative and wonderful tasting. He is creative and talented and I absolutely recommend his catering services to anyone. wish he had a restaurant so I could enjoy more of his cooking. Everyone at my wedding raved about the food! He also was very accommodating to some of my specific needs due to certain food allergies - he even made a separate salmon dish with no sauce so some people could have it. Gordon also genuinely cares about serving you fresh, sustainable, quality, delicious, and gorgeous looking food. During the 2014 holiday season, we asked Gordon to cater a last minute staff party for 35 employees and their guests at a private home. We literally called him a week prior and he didn't hesitate to rise to our occasion! Not only was he quick to respond to our needs, he was very attentive to our budget and requests. The food was absolutely delightful and the presentation was that of a 5 star restaurant, even including flowers throughout and a creative variety was offered with each dish. After interviewing several other caterers, I hired Gordon for a big event my company hosted. He did an AMAZING job and exceeded my expectations! Everyone raved about the food. Not only was the food beautiful, like a work of art, it was delicious! He made my job so easy and took the stress out of planning this event. He definitely made me look good, and it was all because I chose him! One thing to know about Gordon is he doesn't have a menu, like other caterers I checked into. He said we need to trust him, and he'll come up with something wonderful. I did trust him, which was a bit scary (I felt better about it after seeing pictures of his food/events), but he knocked it out of the park!
