We used Delish Catering for our wedding last month and were pleased with the service and food they provided. As with many couples, we were so busy running around and talking to our guests that we did not get to eat as much of the food as we would have wanted during the wedding but we both tried all the components on the menu during the tasting several months before. Our menu included appetizers (bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeno peppers, huckleberry pepper jam chicken skewers, and Swedish meatballs) then smoked beef brisket (which they smoked on site!), mac and cheese, coleslaw and corn bread. Everything tasted excellent; we got multiple compliments from guests on the food. Another highlight was the buffet presentation. The food was served out of Dutch ovens and cast iron skillets which really fit in with our barn wedding. The bar tender was also good and made our lavender lemonade signature cocktail delicious. They tended to clear plates too quickly and I know several guests had their plates cleared and weren’t able to finish their food. Delish catering charges gratuity on the estimate so it’s set at a fixed percentage and paid before services are rendered. Another issue we had was that no one realized until a week before the wedding that there were going to be white charger plates, and white napkins on a white tablecloth so then we had to change to gray tablecloths very close to the wedding. It was fairly difficult to get pictures of items that I was interested in renting and the photos I did receive often did not have the best lighting so it was difficult to determine the true color of items. I would recommend this company on the basis of the fantastic food and buffet presentation.

They also own McCall Weddings, so they are trained to handle a million details as wedding coordinators in addition to providing attractive and pleasing food selections.

Delish Catering, along with their alter ego, McCall Weddings, just pulled off our rehearsal dinner, wedding catering, Sunday brunch, decorating the reception hall, and coordinating every vendor and every detail of our very detailed wedding. It was a feat, but they didn't miss a detail. All three meals were delicious, homemade and timely. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Shannon, the owner. Shannon helped our vision come to life. The wedding was just as we hoped and imagined, and we couldn't have done it without them. I highly recommend them.
