My husband and I hire Gregory and his team to cater our dinners every time we visit Sun Valley. It's always fresh, healthy, elegant, and the ingredients are of premium quality. This is not an operation for an inexpensive casual meal that they prepare in a couple of hours. Think black and white, chef coats, and premium foods totally made from scratch. It's not inexpensive, but we find tremendous value in the quality and attention to detail.

The food was excellent, the service exceptional and sometimes the little things make a big difference. Mary made a special effort to make sure the 10y/o picky boy has pasta or rice or something to eat every meal, and Chef Gregory accommodated for 3 vegetarians, 3 carnivores and another half and half guest and every meal everyone felt like it's specifically catered to them. Outstanding. Update: My review above for the food quality and service stands, I did however receive the final invoice for 3 days of breakfast and dinners for 7 people and it was ~$6000, so definitely on the super expensive scale borderline 'makes no sense' cost. So be prepared for that.

I have been enjoying Chef Yogi's culinary creations for years - both as a guest at events he's provided service for as well as my own. He and his team recenty catered my birthday dinner. It was beyond my expectations and made for a highly memorable experience my guests raved about. Everything is made from scratch, the attention to detail is impeccable, and the service is incredibly friendly ( a refreshing treat in this valley). Chef Yogi and his team are top notch in everything they do -- planning, creating, serving, clean-up, and follow up. Excellence all around.
