We were disappointed in the quality and taste of the food at our wedding. We also found the owner to be difficult to work with throughout the planning and implementation process. This caterer was a "one-stop" shop and provided many services (including linens, dishes, bartending, and serving at the event) which is why we chose this business. In that regard, everything was covered. But the quality of the food and the hassle of working with the owner left us wishing we had selected someone else for this important day.
