staff was very nice but the food was below par! The Mahi was burnt, the Adobo is not Adobo, it tasted like the roast pork cut up and mixed with some kind of gravy with a little vinegar and strong bay leaf taste. That was my wife's plate. My Baked Chicken was just okay and the Roast Pork as well. Needed more seasoning on all the entrees. The Mac Salad was just mayo and macaroni, no salt, pepper or anything. But the staff was pleasant. Hopefully they'll read this and make the adjustments. Really want to try it again but probably not for a while. Sorry! just felt like I wasted $25.00!

I had such a great experience here that I felt it was more than necessary to write multiple reviews. Thank you Laverne’s, Jesse & Jeremy for the awesome, yummy food. As well as the friendly and great customer service. It was hard to pick what to get, but they both made the perfect suggestions. I enjoyed the mahi w/ butter and caper sauce. As well as the Kalua pork, squid luau, chicken long rice, lomi salmon and poi! Next time I’ll have the pork laulau. This is a must try! I’ve tried so many different places from hole in the wall spots, to famous and popular spots. Thank you guys again!!

Love the squid luau! Creamy, coconuty sweet ane savory luau leaves (similar to fresh spinach) with chunks of tender octopus bits. Eat with white steamed rice. Mmmmm.
