Ahi katsu/garlic chicken mixed plate. Oh yeah! Enjoy Fuego has great garlic chicken. The portions are.large, I ate the ahi katsu for lunch, and the garlic chicken for dinner. The food here is first rate, prices are reasonable. Also recommend the hamburger steak, garlic ahi, and the haupia.

I got fries and a grilled pokè salad. The fries were fresh and hot and the salad was YUM. I got my food takeout, so I can't say much about the atmosphere, but the employees I dealt with were polite and friendly.

We ordered the salmon furukake and mochiko chicken. Although we beat the dinner rush, we got our order after about 5 groups of people who came in after we ordered ours. The food was pretty decent the the price was reasonable.

2nd time there. Very good food for price. However staggered delivery of 4 meals over 15 minutes. Insisted on wife's to be comped, asked for all of them to be comped and got it. Now she is embarrassed. Will give them another chance.

This little restaurant is amazing!!! I picked up food here for my family once and wish I had more opportunities to go back. The food comes in big portions, service is friendly and fast, and the prices were affordable. Parking is a bit of a pain since it shares parking with the shopping center but if you can get there when it is not busy it is definitely worth it. The inside is small but has a considerable amount of seating arrangements for big and small groups. The food tastes great and when you call in for take-out, they are accurate with timing. I definitely recommend this place!

The fries were cooked perfectly, but without any salt. I got a combination platter of mahi-mahi and beer battered fish- the mahi-mahi was extraordinarily bland but edible, the beer battered fish was like two salt licks dipped in gross. The white rice was good. My fiance's ahi was seared, and she reports it was not very good, with the other parts of her dish other than the rice being "kinda gross". The service was good, unlike some of the other reviewers. I actually would prefer worse service and better food. Paid 35 bucks for 2 entrees, 2 drinks, and a side of fries. Kinda a letdown after having read some of these other reviews.

Flipping good!!! Just like Kahai street kitchen in town. Pork chop is tender and the salad dressing is homemade. The side salad comes with mixed greens (shredded carrot) not just sad cabbage. It may have been that I surfed and was starving my eyeballs out. But I would totally dig this even if I wasn’t even moderately hungry. Chop was tender.

It's among my favorite moderately priced restaurants in Kapolei. The food is tasty and the servings are generous. They don't accept tips which may explain in part why staff aren't the friendliest.

The interior is well lit and cool, quite comfortable. They have a television on one side so you can choose to watch tv while you dine or you can have traditional style dinner. Their salad dressing is OnPoint! So Ono/delicious/good/tasty/scrumptious. The Pastele Stew is delicious!!! Also in love with their mac salad. I definitely recommend its!!!

I hired En Fuego Grill & Catering to cater a business event for my company and could not be happier. They were super easy to communicate with even on short notice, they delivered on time and were very helpful, and the bentos were the highlight of the party. Highly recommend these guys!

The food was all cold, greasy, had the over-fried texture to chicken and I was disappointed with the flavor. We left most of the food on the table after our visit and while leaving we were greeted by an employee smokimg at the door. I don't do bad reviews usually, I like to reach out to the company first. I looked at older reviews and saw an email address, sent an email with my issues and never heard back. Its been a few weeks since then.

This is the place to grind. Garlic chicken is ono and so is everything else on the menu. The salads have a mean house dressing my girl loves. Takes a little time to get your food sometimes. The staff is just amazing. Aloha served daily here!

Prices have really jumped up but the cooking still remains hit or miss. Sometimes they cook their food perfectly and sometimes they overcook it like my Furikake Salmon I had the other day. $16+ for dried fish is supremely disappointing.

A not-so-hidden gem in Kapolei. I recommend the seared garlic ahi, and the side sauce it comes with is amazing. The garlic fries are bold and flavorful. Mochiko chicken is also pretty awesome, but more like karaage chicken. plenty of parking throughout the shopping plaza. Coca cola products. Prices are decent. Well worth multiple visits! Call in your to go order or eat in at one of their many tables.

I usually get the Garlic Chicken here. Partners came from the old Food Company in Hawaii Kai. Spun off for Sugoi's as well. I miss their fresh poke. Last few times I've been here, they only have grilled poke.

Yummy, yummy, yummy! Garlicy creamy or garlicy crunchy deliciousness - your choice! Difficult to go wrong here. Very large portions with entrees ranging form 9-12$. (~50$ for 4 people). The garlic shrimp scampi and garlic chicken were my top picks of the order. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing and they did stop taking kitchen orders at about 8:10 (closing 8:30). Not pictured is their ahi poke which was difficult to stop eating!

Was at the Aulani resort on Oahu and asked the bell hops where I could go to where the locals ate and he told the cabby to take me to En Fuego. One of the greater decisions made on the whole trip. 2 large pieces Grilled Mahi Mahi, Garlic Fries, and salad. INCREDIBLE!! Total OTD $17.54 You have to go there.

A lot of locally own places are hit & miss. For as long as I have known En Fuego though, and through its many transformations, they are not only always a hit, but out of the park, grand slam, never disappointed, seriously ono grindz. You gets mounds of food, options to stey healthy like brown rice and tossed salad, and nearly always a random sport playing on the TV when you get there.

Best Chicken Katsu I've had on Oahu. I've only lived here for a year and a half. Don't just take it from me. My friend tried it as well and he's born and raised here, lived here for 40 years and said the same thing. Best he's ever had. They had Cowboys and Redskins game on as well. That was a plus. However, TV had lines going through it. That's only reason why I gave 4 stars. Service was great. Food came out fast. Staff was friendly and brought food to our table. I'll definitely be back here to try the rest of the menu. Picture shown is Chicken Katsu and spicy garlic chicken combination plate. Which was not bad either. Big portions and combo plate was only $12.50.

This is the worst managed establishment I've ever seen! The manager Shan is uncontrollable and yells at her subordinates. I have never seen such verbal abuse in any eatery in 40 years of my life! The food reflects the poor attitude in this area, when people actually care about their job then they care about their customers food. The customers should not have to be subject to this type of negative climate. Fire the management and that'll create a better working environment which will relate to better customer service and ultimately better food!
