This Ben & Jerry's location is a wonderful spot to stop for some ice cream. They have a tasty selection to choose from as well as a cute little looking building. If you dont want to eat inside, you are right next to Lake Minnetonka and can go sit on a bench across the street to enjoy your ice cream. We'll definitely be back.

The perfect place for a hot summer day. I visited in July and the staff was kind to their customers and pets. Even though they have a strict no pet policy this didn’t stop them from providing a dog and a puppy with fresh water while they waiting for their caretakers to finish their ice cream. I really had a hankering for the original Ben & Jerry's experience. Unfortunately, I chose the Delmar loop shop. when I walked in the employee that I first saw was serving a customer ice cream and licking the excess off his fingers and still serving. Lastly, before I left, an employee took a gallon of milk dropped it started leaking out of the bottom and they were going to take the excess milk and pour it in a lemonade bottle that still had lemonade in it. They were simply going to empty the lemonade rinse out the receptacle and pour the excess milk in. I didn't want my chocolate shake to taste like a bad combination of water, lemonade, and chocolate so we decided to leave. Judging from the reviews i probably should have read them before I went. Caveat emptor.

Our go to spot for a Vermont favorite, amazing selection including vegan options for the dairy/animal sensitive. Jump on the train after for a scenic ride through the white mountains. If a train ride doesn't work just mosey across the street and relax in the field, trust me.

The wait was a little long and they seemed understaffed but thats not unusual everyone has help wanted signs up in this city. Ice cream was great but the restaurant needed cleaning. Again they seemed understaffed. Service was polite and respectful not to mention helpful they just need more employees. I recommend stopping in after some shopping if you have the time.

This was a very neat ice cream place. I have plenty of space inside for sitting down and the service was amazing. It is right on the main thorough fare through Wayzata, and faces Lake Minnetonka across the street. It is a great setting for an ice cream place. My only complaint is that the prices are very high. For a small ice cream cone it's approximately five dollars and goes up from there. Ice cream is very, very rich but delicious. Overall I would definitely consider going back.

Great place for an ice cream after dining at one of the loop restaurants. Good choice of ice creams and cones . Absolutely loved the seven layered coconut ice cream in a waffle cone coated with chocolate and peanuts . The size of the cone seemed to be a bit bigger than my choice unless you want to fill up your stomach just eating the cone . The staff is friendly and helpful. Good music too.

I usually have Chocolate Therapy, but this afternoon, I tried New York Chocolate Super Chunk. Om my!! It beats Chocolate Therapy hands down -- dark chocolate IC with chunks of dark and white chocolate plus nuts! The only thing I found was that it takes a while to chew thru the chunks and nuts and your IC is melting -- Ah, the perils of Ben and Jerry's!

Which I applaud. So if you are in the area and looking for ice cream. It's certainly not a bad spot especially if you have a milk allergy.

It tastes amazing and they usually have at least 2 different non-dairy flavors to pick from. Service is usually pretty fast and they have chocolate dipped ice cream cones. What's not to love?

I’m a huge fan of the quality and quantity of ice creams & toppings available here, and its proximity to the Ward Village. It’s a great after-movie snack coming from the theater nearby, as it’s open sufficiently late that you can grab some Coconut Seven Layer Bar after a post-sundown showing of the latest blockbuster. To me, it has the feel of a strip-mall Baskin-Robbins inside but the outdoor seating, in the warm Hawaii evenings, redeems that blandly commercial interior. The flavour selection doesn’t seem to rotate with excessive frequency, so if you indeed have a favorite, it’ll likely stay there. Lastly, I’d like to highlight that it’s subject to far less foot traffic than the Haagen-Daaz about a mile away in Waikiki, further cementing this as an enjoyable dessert location.

If you're looking for just a little cup of ice cream, go to Schnucks and buy a pint. You'll spend less money. If you want an ice cream CONE don't even bother. I've gone twice now, three weeks apart. Both times they've been completely out of cones, despite having big handwritten signs advertising the CONE of the day. I had been looking forward to an ice cream cone for weeks so I actually brought my own cake cone. They gave me half the serving but still charged me a full price for a cone. Even though I brought my own. Also they were out of a majority of their flavors on an early Saturdag afternoon. So tldr: overpriced and doesn't actually serve ice cream cones.

Let's face it, the only reason you come to a Ben & Jerry's is to eat ice cream. That's all you can really do here. Its a small space, but there is some seating and a small bathroom of you need it. But the ice cream is delicious. A few of us got waffle bowls for our ice cream and they were made fresh. Slightly warm, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Lots of flavors to choose from and the price is reasonable.

So, I ordered a quart of ice cream, because if I am going to pay the price I might as well get the big one right? So anyway the ice cream is to sooth my sore throat and a way to let me wallow in my misery over chocolate. Like one does. So when ordering this from DoorDash. I put in the comment. "Kill me with brownies. I will pay extra i don't care. I just love brownies." So i wait for my food to deliver and the Dasher comes up laughing saying I conveyed your message and grinned. Now, I got really excited. I get inside and settle in with Netflix and my ice cream. Pop it open and oh boy did they deliver. Guys.... Guys... they put a WHOLE FREAKING BROWNIE on top. It's a Ben and Jerry's, so it’s a good expensive ice cream, but the thing that was a bit low level was the service: the young lady that served us clearly didn’t had the proper training and she needed to improvise. My impression was that the entire crew behind the counter was a bit “green” and inexperienced. The location is very nice just in front of Minnetonka lake.

The person who was working at the shop took no time to notice us or acknowledge our existence. When we came to try things out and asked questions, he just did not answer. When we were talking between us and he was waiting, he just opened his phone and started using it. We said thanks and goodbye, he just turned around and left.

Nice place to stop in for a tasty treat, to be leisurely eaten on a stroll along the main thoroughfare of Wayzata, a small town at the western edge of the Twin Cities, adjacent to the northeast shoreline of Lake Minnetonka. The people were super nice. The shop was not clean. Dirty floor, walls, booths, and seats. Lights covered with dust. Just overall unclean. It's off season and seemed less than busy. Seems it wouldn't be difficult to keep clean. And clearly the dirt in the corners have taken time to accumulate.

Dairy free ice cream!!!!! This is the only place in Ann arbor my daughter can go that has good dairy free choices that aren't sorbet. The 2 flavors (currently) are PB & Cookies and Caramel Almond Brittle. The latter is my favorite.

Horrible workers. Stood at counter waiting to have one of the four people behind the counter take my order. I finally asked the girl multiple times if she could take my order. She finally acknowledged me like I was a big pain to her to actually make a cone. The waffle cone had the least amount of ice cream you could possibly put in to still call it a cone. I should have and I will go to McDonald's from now on while in Wayzata.
