Maybe it's because I was there between lunch/dinner, but the ribs and baked potatoes were undercooked and the waitress kept making mistakes. The atmosphere was great and I really had high hopes until the food came out. Maybe it was just a fluke. On my road trip in FL & GA I tried a BBQ joint every day and this one is on the bottom of my list now.

We came here for my birthday the fourth of this month and it was AMAZING!!! Seriously amazing. It was so good. The pork was great and service was fast. Bathrooms were clean. It's definitely my favorite place to eat in Cleveland now.

While the food and service was amazing, as always, after enjoying my delicious pulled pork sandwich I developed a stomach ache about two hours later. This eventually resulted in me puking my brains out until around 4am when I decided to go to the ER. They confirmed it was food poisoning, and considering I hadn't eaten all day, it had to have come from here. I'm upset to announce this, as rib country was one of my favorite places to eat. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Good food, good service, what more can you ask for? I would have given 5 stars, but in the day that I was there a large group of teen agers, im guessing from the local school, came in and where very loud, and very rude to other customers. I realize that the managers can not be held responsible for the lack of manners or good up bringing of this group of kids, but they should have had them to calm themselves and act appropriately, or be asked to leave, as they were disputing other customers. I will be back, a few poorly raised children will not keep me away fron this fine establishment and the great BBQ!!

My husband and have been going to this location for 7 years. Jen has been our waitress on each visit. We ask for her by name. She is top-notch and knows her stuff. She has a super personality, fills our drinks without asking, pays close attention to her customers and aims to please with a smile. She's quick an knows her customers orders upon bringing the food out. I've seen her take big trays of food an she remembers where each plate goes, especially with big groups...now that's talent. She is the best waitress ever!!!!!!!! We love her. Thank you.

My family of 4 LOVED this place! My 10 yo picky eater even asked if we could have it for breakfast for the next morning! We even managed to get her to try beef brisket that she ended up devouring. Best BBQ in ages for the husband and I. Can't wait to go back! The atmosphere screamed country and relaxation for the family. They have a small little shop in the waiting area of the restaurant. Get there early because all of the food is smoked during the night before so when they run out of something they are out for the day.

The waitress was nice and very attentive. The part I did not like is we waited 30 min to be seated to be told that there was no brisket or chicken left. If we had known that we would not have waited and picked another place to eat. My son and I ordered steak. The steak was cooked perfectly except it had no seasoning on it that we could tell. First time I can remember using A1 sauce on a steak.

I am currently sitting in Rib Country BBQ and my family has only eaten the wings and they were so good that I decided it deserves a 5 star meal. My family lives about an hour away but we know we will come back for the delicious food and great service. I highly recommend you go here! After we finished our food we were able to buy some of the sauce they used for their ribs and wings along with some tangy mustard that we loved. The people that work there are polite and flexible to requests. I can't wait to make some wings with they're sauce

It is a great place to take the kiddos, they love the coloring. The food is great. The ribs are what keep me coming back. The slaw is sweet, but hey, some like that. First time eating at this location and I can say that the next time we are in this area we'll go back again. The prices were very reasonable and the baby back ribs fell off the bone. The wait staff made you feel like you were the only customers that she was serving. I know that this location is in a small town, but if you do get close to it i highly recommend that you check this place out!!

This place has the feel of cracker barrel but more homey because it's in the mountains with country folk. The portion sizes are smaller than what you'd expect from a bbq place, so therefore it's over priced. It was good food but it wasn't amazing or over the top in portion or flavor.

Great food and service! Staff is courteous and attentive. I especially love their ribs, so tender the meat falls off the bone. A half rack is more than enough as the sides are generously proportioned. If you love barbecue go to Rib Country!

What a nice surprise! The food was fantastic. I had the beef. It was like pot roast but smoked! My husband had the chicken which he said was so tender it fell off the bone. The sides were delicious....far superior to the other BBQ place in the area. And the BBQ sauce was absolutely amazing. (I had the 'spicy' and it was SO good!) Two dinner meals were well worth the price and quite competive for the area.

Food was good, looked at two items on the menu, one was $9.49 the other was $10.99 now I'm no genius, but that is $20.48 +7% tax should be around $21.15 my bill was $28.34. I was told the menu prices were out of date. My thoughts are they need to update the prices on the menu not to mention the food was good but not worth $28 I believe I will be looking for a new place to get my beef brisket and salads from now on.

Ribs racks are small. And they are always out of stuff. I almost like the need a live menu just to show you what they do and don't have been the three times the first time was great the second was horrible so we decided to go a third time figuring they just had a bad night. We had lived in the area for about a year now. Rib Country was the 1st restaurant we tried. The Feast for 2 was wonderful and plenty of food to last the week. Wonderful not to have to worry about cooking at that time. We invited some friends up that live in Gwinnett but wanted to try great BBQ. We ordered 2 Feasts for 2 for our Big party. Everyone enjoyed sampling all the delicious food and there were even left overs. Our waitress was very attentive and gave us great service!!☺

The place was very clean, but the food was mediocre at best. Filled our bellies, but we were super unsatisfied. We were disappointed because so many people had written such good reviews. The bbq did have a good smoky flavor, but it had no seasoning whatsoever. All three bbq sauces on the table were bland. The sides weren't even good. We had to throw in a ton of salt, bland bbq sauce, and pulled pork off of our plates to make the baked beans worth eating. The garlic bread didn't even have a garlic flavor. Honestly, the fries were the best thing I ate. A humorous anecdote, not a great meal.

My new favorite place to eat in White County. ATMOSPHERE When you get out of your car, you can smell how good it’s gonna be. Plenty of seating here, with large booths, and plenty of room. The mountain country atmosphere is excellent. The whole place is very clean with nice, large clean restrooms, and you hear real classic country coming from the speakers throughout. SERVICE For kids, there are coloring pads and crayons. Very large drink cups, so you don’t need constant refills. Prompt, friendly service, with good advice from server. They bring out the food pretty quickly once you order, so don’t wander too far. FOOD This is quality BBQ here. The pulled pork is somewhat smoked, somewhat plain, and tender. You can see the smoke ring, but you won’t get a heavy seasoning or heavy bark. You probably need to add your favorite sauce: they have hot, sweet, and mustard. I really loved the sweet sauce on the pork. Also, they have REAL garlic toast that goes perfect for a sandwich. (not just butter on Texas toast) Their bone-in BBQ chicken is juicy and very good. It comes with sauce on it with fantastic flavor. Their fries are somewhat thin, fairly crispy, and have good flavor, even though I didn’t notice any additional seasonings. They go great dipped in the thick, creamy ranch or spicy ranch sauce. The sauces are top notch, and I’m guessing made fresh in-house. The Cole slaw is very good as well, with some black pepper, I believe a mayonnaise base with possible vinegar, and some other seasonings that I could not identify, but really liked. The portion sizes are reasonable, and the price is also very reasonable; about $7-9 for a solid lunch here. I plan to return as often as I’m in the area and hungry for some Q.

Great restaurant and we'll worth the drive. If you are ever on your way to Helen do yourself a favor and stop here. The brisket is amazing, barbeque pulled pork is good or even better great. I am not a fan of barbeque but this restaurant definitely changed my perspective on this type of food, now I want to eat here all the time. We typically will drive an hour out of our way just to eat here sometime. Get here early on Friday and Saturday night if you like prime rib because they actually have smoked prime rib which is exceptional as well as the rest of their food. We will be back soon when we are in the area.

We were desperately searching for something besides fast food when we found this place. We were seated immediately. We ordered off of the lunch menu (available all day), and got baby back ribs, brisket, and pulled pork. Everything was very good. We had a great waitress also. It was a good experience, and we will go back next time we are in the area.

We called ahead to see if they could place a party of 10, and they said "yes" they could get us in, in half an hour! 10 minute drive later, we waited 40-50 minutes for a table. Then we waited another 45 minutes for our food! Staff was friendly, but we nearly missed our next planned activity.

Out of chicken and beef... and didn't even tell us until we were ordering. Sigh. Only our second time trying them, too... But, they gave us sliced turkey and a half slab of ribs instead, so it sort of/kind of worked out. Our server was good, a little harried, but she took good care of us. Was upset the folks up front hadn't told us about the beef and chicken. What we have had both times has been great! Just ask first if they have everything...

First time stopping here to eat. Tried the meal for two, it was a sampling of pulled pork, sliced beef brisket, 1/2 BBQ chicken, and full rack of ribs, baked beans and slaw for two. Couldn't find one thing we didn't like. Enough food for two meals. And don't forget the French fries and Texas toast. Best meal we've had in a while and great value. Five stars? I'd give it 10.

Extra Skimpy portions. I bought the rack and a half to avoid this issue and still got screwed. Barely any meat on bones. Small portion of fries. My GF and I commented we would never visit again. As always, If a friend gave me a gift certificate, I would go and maybe catch them on a more generous day... $56 dollars wasted. Save your money and cook your own ribs....

We typically get take-out and can't wait to get home and dive into the baby back ribs. My husband devours them. I on the other hand am a very slow eater, so I savor every bite and have leftover ribs that I do not share! The smoked turkey is my second favorite. Slaw is the best I've had anywhere. The beans are amazing. We've always had good service, in or to-go.

Best beef brisket sandwich I have had anywhere only one other place came close it was a distant second. Very nice country themed interior with very interesting well done folk art paintings on the wall. Clean large dining room.Clean Restrooms. Friendly staff. The brisket came dry and wet, wet means it a little more marbling so it was definitely very very tender the meat was also very well smoked did not need any sauce and came with fries which were cooked very well and a small side of sliced red onion to go on the sandwich which the sandwich didn't need. Highly recommend this place,it was a very nice way to cap off a day trip to Ruby Falls in Chattanooga Tennessee to see my father-in-law with my wife who found this place online during the return trip home very glad that my wife found it

We've eaten at Rib Country in Blairesville and LOVED it However this location in Cleveland was not so good. Ribs did fall off the bone but were tough and chewy. We also ordered the onion rings, they were also tough and cold. About the only thing good were OP the baked beans. Really disappointed.

This is our second time eating here. Both times, we've had a fantastic experience. The food is incredible, as is the service. We'll always stop there when we're in North GA!
