This is a small cafeteria style restaurant where you place your food order and then after you get your food you walk to the register to pay. The process of placing my order was very unorganized, they didn't write my order down and after watching 4 other people who arrived after me receive their order i walked back up to the counter to find out they hadnt even began to make my order. Once i got my food the experience went further down hill. i order fried tilapia, mac n cheese, collard greens with corn bread. the sides were TERRIBLE. If a soul food place cannot manage to get mac n cheese,collard greens, nor cornbread right they need to change their specialty. I will never return to this place, this is $8 i wish i could get back.

Prior to stepping foot into this establishment I was really looking forward to tasting the food. I heard over the radio how amazing the options were and also read a few of the reviews on google so my expectations were set high. I was a little surprised to see it was "buffet" style but not an actual all you can eat buffet, which was fine since I was really looking forward to tasting the home cooked soul food. I ordered the fried chicken, hot wings, and collard greens. Unfortunately, the wings were pretty bad. They tasted old and meat wasn't good. My friend ordered the smothered pork chop and cabbage. She too did not enjoy her meal. She said it was pretty repulsive. I honestly don't usually try and ask for a refund for food because I understand people put time, money, and effort into something they hope will make people happy. It was just that bad. When we tried to ask the cashier if a refund was possible she responded very rudely. She said a refund was not an option. She actually continued to "bad mouth" us with another customer at the counter. Proceeded to say "you can't try and get a refund once you've eaten all the food". Not sure if she could see what we had ate but it literally was 2 bites. I didn't even touch the corn bread. I ate 1 wing and a bite of the greens. She was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I understand she is young and maybe doesn't have a lot of training. Granted, it's not a 5 star restaurant however I too am a business owner, and you treat your business as if it is 5 star no matter what because that is your reputation. Luckily, one of the cooks behind the buffet line saw the interaction and came to deescalate the issue. He was very professional and apologetic and offered us to try something else perhaps that we would like more. I unfortunately, did not get his name but he would be the only reason I would give Kenleys another chance. If you are going to sell subpar food you want to at least offer above par customer service. You can't sell both. Bad service and bad food don't mix well.

Lady at the cash register just charged me $1.63 for coffee. I informed her that the menu says $1.10. She says she has to charge whatever the register says. And yesterday (my 1st visit) she pretended she forgot I have her a $20 bill and tried to short-change me. I won't be spending any more of my funds at this place.

This place use to be really good but the consistency and quality has fallen off sharply over the laat couple years. I went today, probably for the last time. The reason for my culinary exodus is the chicken tenders. They use to be handmade works of art. They were the best, golden brown and crispy. They were breaded and fried in a way that created concentric rings of flavor. Today they sold me deep fried, premade turds off of any old Sysco truck. The original chicken tenders would roll over in their basket if they could see the state of this once great resturant. It is still food, but it now has no soul. :(

The food is delicious! If you haven't been before, it's cafeteria style serving (meaning you Place order, pay, then eat once good arrives) not really a "restaurant" more of a cafe/diner feel about it. Nonetheless, it's worth checking out if you want a great meal.

Kenleys catered my babyshower. The food was awesome. I went with the breakfast. They were very professional, friendly and they arrived before scheduled time. They set everything up for me, everything looked neat, delicious and presentable. I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic! The food was amazing! I had Baked Chicken, Green Beans and Rice. With a Huge Brownie! The Lemonade and Sweet Tea were dynamite as well. I had to feed about 20 people, they handled my order with great care. Give this place a shot!

DON'T LET THE RADIO COMMERCIAL FOOL YOU!!! It's not a buffet, not all you can eat. It's buffet "style", food sits out, you pick what you want, they make your plate, you walk across the room to pay. This is not soul food... it's canned, poorly seasoned, over cooked. Paula Dean's restaurant in Savannah tastes waaay better. A white lady out cooked this black establishment, come on! When we decided to trash our food and get a refund, the cashier started bad mouthing us to other customers. GHETTO! Never again.

Turkey Sausage and Cheese Eggs for breakfast...Awesome! Sausage was not overcooked so it kept the flavor and was juicy! They had a 2pc mixed with bread for $2.50 today (5/14/2018)...Awesome! Thigh and wing for $2.50 in downtown Atlanta...You are not going to get that deal anywhere. To top it off, the chicken was hot, juicy and flavorful.
