Average food with below average customer service. We hired Bold to cater our wedding, and the catering sales manager was very rude and provided awful customer service. We received incorrect invoices, changes without explanations, and they forgot important details. I would not recommend Bold American for these reasons.

As a wedding planner, I am always concerned with the quality and professionalism of the vendors my bride chooses. I can testify that Bold catering is very professional and provides high quality service. Not only was their service amazing and organized, but they went above and beyond to accomdate my bride's request even on a short notice. I worked personally with Crystal, the manager, and was so very pleased with her management. She was organized, attentive, and polite. I would definitely recommend Bold catering not only for the quality of their food, but the quality of their service.

As wedding coordinators, we've worked with so many caterers and floral designers. Rarely do you find one company that TRULY CAN DO IT ALL...WELL!!! The level of service and quality of food is amazing, add to that some of the most beautiful design work we've ever seen. To top it off, they are total professionals who EASY to work with (no egos here)! You can not go wrong with handing over your event to BOLD!

We hired Bold for our daughter's wedding reception (230 guests). I would not recommend them as caterers due to their second-rate service during the actual event and for the arrogance of their staff when we pointed that out. Their food during the tasting was quite good, but did not translate well at the actual event either. For the prices they charge - they should have done much better.

We had a destination wedding in Lake Rabun Georgia and had planned the whole wedding from Texas. We hired Bold based on a recommendation of our wedding planner without ever actually trying the food or meeting with anyone which is a little nerve racking. Thankfully every aspect from planning to execution went above and beyond my expectation. The food was phenomenal, my guests continue to rave about how amazing it was. The waitstaff was so nice and attentive and the bartender was fun while still managing to keep our rowdy guests hydrated. I would recommend Bold to anyone. They are professional, kind, accommodating and you can't beat their prices. You will be in expert hands with this wonderful company. I can't say enough nice things about my experience with them, they truly made my whole wedding. Special thanks to Caroline who organized everything and was my point of contact. Caroline was great to work with, made the whole process easy and she always seemed genuinely excited to organize and suggest ideas for our wedding. You can tell she's not only very good at her job but also likes it. My father also said the manager in charge the day of ran such a tight ship and was very enjoyable to work with as well. Big thanks to you both!

My wife and I hired Bold American Events for our wedding at King Plow Arts Center. We were VERY impressed! The Bold American Team took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed and our wedding was nothing short of beautiful! Even a little thunderstorm didn't mess anything up! We would highly recommend Bold American Events for any of your party/catering needs. We look forward to planning our next party with them!
