I highly recommend this caterer. I used them for my wedding October 1st. The owner Dominick is super sweet and really cares about his clients. After his initial taste testing, we asked to try his Cuban food selection. He set it up immediately for us. The food is amazing! We had a Cuban buffet for our wedding. The fiocchi is a MUST! He even made us a plate of it after the tasting because my husband and I loved it so much. Dominick is very easy going and reasonably priced. He helped us find the cheapest priced linens for the reception. He always got back to me quickly through text or email when I had questions. We forgot to mention to him we were doing a toast during the reception and didn't realize it until the day of the wedding. He went out of his way to make sure we had enough champagne flutes for the toast even though it wasn't in the contract. He also provided a bartender, whom everyone loved. His catering staff that attended the wedding were very nice and accommodating. Dominick and his staff kept asking throughout the whole night if there was anything they could do or get for us. They arrived a few hours early to set up. I'm so happy with them. Thank you for a delicious meal at our wedding!

We used Dominick once again to cater another event, this time my birthday luau themed pool party! We had about 30 people come by and offered them various platters, shrimp and chicken skewers, pulled pork sliders, yummy orzo, some baked ziti and of course the ever creative mozzarella caprese on a stick! Everyone was so imporessed with the food! It was something everyone talked about. Thank you again for making our event a huge success! See you for Christmas!! - The Crockers

I've really enjoyed their service and food for my physicians. Only drawback - Please stop charging us for plates, napkins and utensils! This is the cost of doing business and should be taken off your taxes, not your customers backs. When you charge us for these items you "blow out" what we can order per person. For example, I just had to add $12 for plates, napkins and utensils, that's a ridiculous cost when I could go to Sam's Club and purchase 300 of these for same price. I order from you quite a bit and I don't like being charged for stupid fees. Your food is 5 Stars, your charging us for stupid fees makes you 3 Stars.

If you want your party to go seamlessly, go with Culinary Affairs! Dominick and his crew are top notch. I hired Dominick to cater my wedding back in 2015 and can you believe my guest and family are still raving about about the food. Not to mention, he supplied tables, chairs & bar tops...just some extra things I needed. I was total impressed with his professionalism and genuine nature. You won't be disappointed.
