Great pub! The atmosphere, service and food are very good. Love the beer selection and our food favorites are Guinness stew, shepherd's pie, fish & chips and the burgers. Half-price burgers on Monday nights with a good beer = win! Order the fries "extra crispy" and they're amazing.

Meal was fine. Nothing special, but no major complaints. Had asparagus stalemate in bacon.. Not write what expected.. Really thin asparagus only one slice of bacon on each small bundle.. Flavor fine. Had pot pie.. Flavor was good but small and filling was devoid of contents. Lot more like soup. Mrs had roast beef sandwich.. She said was fine. Server was nice and attentive. Price was decent..

Quaint and cozy Irish pub with a decent beer selection. The bartender was sweet and an excellent server. Whiskey list could definitely use some more additions. Didn't try the food but heard it's very good.

Cute little bar. Bartender was very sweet and even though she was training made sure we had drinks and food. We asked a few questions (the cups on the ceiling) she wasn't annoyed answered everything for us. I think she may have been the owner. Reasonably priced. Good little place to stop.

Amazing place. Have been going here for years. The owners are in site on a daily basis and ensure everything is nothing less then perfect. The food is well worth any drive for the traditional Irish food that is offered. Lastly, enjoying the open deck on a cool summer night is a treat you'd be hard pressed to find elswhere.

Ambiance is definitely nice, beer is good, but the food needs help. My wife ordered chicken and cheeses nachos which looked as if they were microwaved. I ordered the burger and onion rings. Asked for onions and cheese. Was charged extra for both. The onions were a small chopped handful on the burger that fell off as you close the burger. The onion rings were beer battered, but they used red onions which shouldn't be used in onion rings. Very sub par for the price. Glad we didn't order off the main course options. Those are pricey and if the quality is the same, I would have walked out.

My wife and I were driving from the Delaware beaches back to Philly, and we needed to watch a world cup soccer game live on TV. We searched the internet for a sports bar/ restaurant along our route, and chose Sheridan's. It was better than expected. At 3 in the afternoon there were few people in the restaurant (no surprise). The bartender was chatty and fun. The TVs were good. The soups were delicious. The interior decor is very nice. Outside on the uncrowded streets of downtown Smyrna, I got a parking ticket (not sure why??) but that is no fault of the restaurant. We'll go back to Sheridan's again. Highly recommended.

Saw the one star review below; for the first time on 10 years coming here, we sent back a burger that was a bit over cooked. The kitchen must have just had one bad night. We are here at least once per week, and love the food quality and service. The burger we had corrected was back out minutes later and PERFECT! Everyone deserves a once in 10 year mistake at minimum. Love this place. You won’t find a better Irish bar in the area with this quality and friendly atmosphere. Urging the one-star person to give this place another chance. Won’t regret it. Burgers, wings, salmon, and fish and chips, and boxtys are great favorites.

Before I start on my 2 star rating, I'd like to note that the staff was very nice and the environment is exactly what I love (dark and quiet). Now, I ordered a plate of Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo, and it wasn't cheap. At about 16 dollars I was expecting this to blow my socks off. I was wrong. What I got was boiled noodles, chicken, and broccoli in a pool of white water. As you picked up the noodles from the plate, all the "alfredo sauce" instantly ran right off the noodle and back into the bowl, leaving the noodle tasting like.... You guessed it, a noodle! At that price, the quality was below unsatisfactory. The waitress asked how everything was and I told her the alfredo was more like white water. She offered to take it back, but I declined. I was hungry enough to eat anything. I've never reviewed a restaurant on Google before, that's how bad/bland this bowl of chicken & broccoli alfredo was.

Great family owned and operated pub. Joe and Shirley are wonderful folks. This is a family friendly spot with a nice selection of draft beers and a menu that included traditional pub foods as well as Irish favorites. They throw a great block party each year for St. Patrick's Day and you will find live music, event nights, etc throughout the year.

My niece was a bartender here until just a few days ago. My sister who is her sons caregiver was hospitalized resulting in my niece having to take a few days off. The owner did offer to babysit however my nieces son is Autistic which was explained to the owner. A non verbal autistic child can be severally traumatized when left with a stranger not to mention she would have no idea how to communicate with him. So since her mother was hospitalized and would not allow someone with no experience with autism to watch her child she was deemed unreliable and lost her job. Are these the type of people you want to give your money to

Absolutely horrid My medium rare filet had no seasoning not even any salt and it was charred on the outside My mom got salmon and the middle was RAW and my stepdad got a tuna filet and it was so dry he had to drown it in A1 sauce to swallow it maybe someone was filling in for someone but terrible experience
