Took my family here on Saturday night... sweet tea was something fermented out of this world. The tea had the consistency of egg yolk. I'm glad I caught this before I had a drink. The steak was cooked by someone who knows how to make raisins. And the veggies had no mush. The tables had crumbs and had not been cleaned in hours.... Worst qdoba by far that I've been to.... if you want freshness... give up

It is almost uncomfortable to watch how much they all dislike their jobs. Big fan of the restaurant in general but this location needs a restart!

It was okay, but it definitely lacked compared to a standard Qdoba. Maybe the fact it's in a mall plays the part. Tortilla was a bit stale and when I presented them the info that Coke was out in the machine, I had to purchase a bottled one rather than it being swapped since I had already purchased a fountain drink. A bit of an inconvenience to have to pay for 2 drinks.

The food is good, don't get me wrong. Don't bother ordering online, though - the cashier will just look at you funny (or specifically TRY not to acknowledge your existence) as if you're standing under the sign marked "Online Order Pickup" just to attract attention. No "Hi, how are you?", no "I'll be with you shortly", nothing. The best part was that one of the CUSTOMERS that was about to get her food checked out (by the same cashier who was purposely ignoring me) had to ask me, "Do you need something?" (-_-) Fast forward about 2 minutes, and I was rang up by what appeared to be a supervisor...and all the while the same cashier STILL had not said a word to me. Again, the food is great - but if this cashier were my waitress at a dine-in somewhere, she wouldn't get a tip from me, at all.

I really want to give Qdoba a better rating than this but all things considered, I can't. They do make good food. The thing I struggle with is the inconsistency each time i give them another try. They aren't the cheapest game in town for a burrito, so as a customer I would like my money's worth. The quantity of food given varies so drastically that I choose not to go very often. We had dinner in Qdoba Mexican Grill at Southdale Center, Edina, MN location. One of the guys who made my food had a hostile demeanor. The food was gross, not as good as we had eaten before. The worst thing is both of my husband and I got food poisoning. Never come back again!

Wow! Great food! This was my first visit. I had a burrito that was beyond belief! My son got the impossible burger burrito bowl and it was also AMAZING! It's a shame that with food this good, the people working are so unfriendly. I will probably go here again, but definitely approach the staff with caution.

I like the food here. They make great taco bowl. Its more than enough food for me. I think for a Mexican restaurant they could have hot sauce with some fire in it but they did have the usual selection. Nice view of the kids who are smoking or melting down outside the food court. But hey I came to the mall. I honestly don't know if the prices are reasonable. They seem fine to me. About $12 each to eat and drink fountain drinks. Oh that reminds me. The creamed orange juice is really good.

We had a bogo coupon and ordered two taco salads. We chose pork for the meat ingredient. Unfortunately it was very bland but it wasn't horrible. Dressing didn't taste like much of anything either. Staff could see that we never been there before, so I wish they were just a little more helpful. If I find another coupon, I will go back.

There is one manager here (usually during lunchtime) that is phenomenal. When he is there everyone is polite and the food is good. Tonight he was not there and that was not the case. The food was *slammed* into the bowls and slung all over the place. There was cross contamination between the meat and the cheese because the man behind the counter was too sloppy. We had to ask to borrow a rag to clean a table because they were all dirty and were greeted with muttering under breath and glares. The lunchtime manager deserves a raise. If there was on there this evening... yikes.

I came here once a few months ago and had terrible and rude staff. I, against my better judgment went back tonight. There was a very tall man in a black shirt(I'm assuming the manager) did not say one word to me while ringing me up. I told him my order was to go and he began to slam things around in frustration. Really guy? I'll be continuing to go to Freebirds down the road, they have way better customer service.

Had an online order today but the restaurant was swamped. Recieved my order about 10-12 min after the pickup time but it is cinco de mayo. Supervisor tried to fix the issue as best as possible. The nachos didn't have what was requested, and the burritos were extremely salty. Not sure if I will be back. I used to like Qdoba.

Food is always fresh and hot and delicious. Line length can vary depending on what time you go during the day but usually moves fairly quickly. Cleanliness is usually fairly good. I typically don't eat in the restaurant. The staff can be pretty unfriendly, there again, just depends on what time you go and which manager is working.

Not sure why they don't do breakfast though. Qdoba doesn't try to be like other Mexican restaurants and they stick to their guns. There are other choices for that. I love this place. I ordered a steak bowl with extra sour cream. I got it delivered to me from Doordash. I was so disappointed. As a regular Chipotle customer, I wanted to try something new. I got what i usually get at Chipotle. When it got here, there was barely any white rice, and NO sour cream. The rice was extremely dry and I couldn't even finish the bowl. I am so disappointed and definitely will NOT be going back here.

The service used to be awsome. Now it is depressing. I walk in there and no one greets me, or anything they seem like I am bothering them. We have stopped in to other qdoba before and we're pleased with the food we got today. The main problem with this place is getting the same amount of food at different stores. Some employees serve one amount and others act like giving out half an order of chicken is ok. Bring your scale to make sure you are getting what you pay for.

I used Qdoba for a teacher luncheon yesterday. I had 60 teachers/staff to feed. The whole thing was a disaster from the start! I picked it up, it took forever, they couldn't get me rung up, etc..so I ran late in setting it up. About 12:00, after serving just 35 teachers, we RAN OUT OF FOOD!! I tried to call the caterer, he basically hung up on me and told me he would call me back. I had to drive (it took me 60 minutes round trip because of traffic in Edmond/OKC)to pick up more food. By the time I returned to school, all the teacher's lunch hours were over, so they didn't get to eat. I paid $640 for this mess!! I was so upset!! I'LL NEVER TRUST THEM AGAIN FOR LARGE ORDERS!!!!!

Place is a joke. Served us the most tasteless and flavorless burito ever; and the idiots had already shut down both their grill presses for the night- a full hour before closing time, so they couldn't toast up the outer shell of the finished product. Their only option was to steam it again....they were total mush!!! Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Culver's. (I do feel sorry for the owners though, because the old adage of "good help being hard to find" was proven so true on that evening).

By the time are food was made the lady said “for carry out right?” And I replied “do you mind if we sit and eat!” And she told us, “that’s fine as long as you are done with your food by 8! No one knows how to wrap burritos, or seems to be the case. I get it's difficult, more art than science, and u gotta start somewhere, but it's like 4 times in a row now, I end up having to get it re wrapped or pay a dollar to get my own tortilla and wrap it myself when I get home.

I use to come to this location quite a bit. Food is always great. However this time I went I ordered two tacos. I asked if they could put something in between them so they are easier to pick up. The guy making my food was cool however some guy I assume was the shift manager immediately got defensive and said we have not done that for a long time. I said you guys did it last time I was here and he asked when was that I said last year. He told they no longer do that. The guy making my food explained Qdoba changed owners so a lot of things have changed. My only problem with this visit was the Managers attitude towards a simple request. The guy making my food put tinfoil between the Taco's for me.

The food was good, service was good and the atmosphere was quiet and spacious. They were not as careful about keeping things from cross-contamination especially the cookies for the kids meals, they just placed them right on top of the food, instead of in their own bag or napkin. While my daughter and I didn't get sick from the gluten I wouldn't recommend eating here if you have a sensitive gf intolerance or celiac.

I love qdoba but the service I received yesterday was awful. I walked in and told them I was ordering 6 chicken bowls and the gentleman at the counter sighed and rolled his eyes; from there continued to ask if they would all be the same. I told him no and then he mumbled under his breath "you cant be serious". His attitude was horrible the entire time as I waited there for 10 minutes as he hesitantly made the bowls... That is no way to treat a customer spending $60 on their food. The management needs to address the issue that they have when thier employees speak with their customers. It was a very unpleasant experience.

For the past month, I’ve gone to places and have been disappointed by the lack of friendliness and willingness to talk to customers. But tonight, I was surprised. The young gentleman that was working was respectful, had an upbeat attitude, and made our food quickly but correctly. I had apologized for us coming in thirty minutes till close, but he explained that it was no problem. We had almost left, but forgot our forks, so we headed back in. He was genuinely concerned that he messed up our order or had forgotten something when he saw us again. It was nice to see a young employee that actually cared about the customers. Remodeling to make your restaurant look nicer is no substitute for horrible customer service. I arrived at this restaurant and started my order at about 8:30 pm. I started to order two nachos with tequila lime chicken. I was told by the guy behind the counter that they were out. When I asked if they could make more he said the cooks had not been making it all night. I have eaten at this place before and I know that all they do to "make" it is mix up some chicken and tequila lime seasoning. So because some kid is too lazy to do his job my wife and I do not get the food we want. Oh well, he just cost this company my money.

Called the Coeur d' Alene Qdoba to set up catering for a work event (weeks in advance) and was referred to their catering. Then called the catering and spoke with, Dominque. It took forever to get the quote! Finally, everything was in place and we were set for our, June 7th event. My co-worker called the Cd'A Qudoba, on the 7th, just to make sure everything was on track. Not only was there no catering order communicated, but the manager, Diedria, refused to make the order and proceeded to make it our issue, and responsibility to fix the issue by sending us to the Hayden Qudoba. She never once apologized, until I called back and communicated how inappropriate this was. Thank goodness, for the Hayden store who accommodated the order for 30 people in short notice!

I used to eat at a qdoba almost once or twice a week. I've noticed with Milwaukee the quality has been severely down so I basically stopped eating there. However, this qdoba on Layton is the ONLY decent one left. I only came to this location bc I was on a work break and I had limited time. The food TASTED the way it should and used to taste at other qdobas. It was fresh and tasty and the salsas were good. If the quality at this store continues I will be back.

Nice clean atmosphere, variety of seating and can fit a group of 10-12 with tables put together. Always good food that is freshly prepared. The weekend service is sometimes not as well trained as the week crew, but the food tastes the same. A solid stand by of a good meal in Sioux Falls. Better than Panchero any day!

No complaints about food quality. I ordered a Hot Bar for 30 people, and if you are feeding mostly 20 year old males with large appetites, you may consider ordering extra. My very low rating is to to the fact that the catering arrived late despite me calling to confirm the timing day-of. The order was incomplete. The delivery driver was training another employee to set up catering and as they pulled up the trainee was smoking. So disappointed in the execution by the team at this Ironwood location.

Ordered catering last minute, and they were super accommodating! And the food is always good.
