i needed speakers for my baby shower and came to this location. As soon as I walked through the door I was warmly greeted with hellos from the staff. After I was educated on how to work the speaker I then was playing a game with the owner lol. Even though I lost I still won a bag of popcorn. They delivered the items on time and also came and picked up the items all with a smile. I thank you you guys again because during my time of distress you all really cheered me up and make working with you easy. Thanks so much!

Matt and crew came tonight to help us with a movie night and it was a HIT! From the hot dogs, to the nachos, to the fresh popcorn and margarita machine, we couldn’t have asked for a better, more reasonably priced place! I think it’s worth mentioning that I made a mistake and gave them the wrong date, when I realized I had screwed up, Matt and crew were so accommodating and willing to come back the next day (the correct date). Great customer service!

Office Team

We use Party Delaware for closing VBS program on a Sunday noon. The team came in and had everything set up, looking outstanding, and was ready for our guests at the designated time. Party Delaware is TOP-NOTCH when it comes to communication and professionalism! We threw a birthday this past weekend, Saturday 7/21/18; however, it was off again on again due to unpredictable weather, which caused us to not be as prepared with drinks. I emailed Matt Wolynetz on Wednesday about renting a Frozen drink machine, something I was unfamiliar with. Matt was expedite in replying to my email and assuring me he would have one to my party on Saturday. He also made recommendations, with me finally choosing the Rum Runner. Matt assured me that it would be a hit. As promised, on Saturday, Matt showed up, setup the machine and explained everything to me, making sure I was comfortable before he left. And just as he stated the machine was a MAJOR hit!!! It allowed me to fully enjoy my party without having to stop and make drinks! The only stops we made were to check on the machine and the stop to fill it back up!!! On Sunday, Matt picked up the machine on time and like the first time he was very professional. We will DEFINITELY be renting from Matt in the future!!

Highly recommend. We used them for our wedding, and they were amazing. I loved the fact that the Slim Snap photo booth came with a customized border for each photo that guests got to choose, and that we were able to leave the night with a photo album with well wishes and photos from all of our guests. Our guests also loved the full sized photos they were able to keep and the mobile opportunities to send the photos to their phone or social media right after their photo was taken. Matt and Steph even went above and beyond and sent me extra photo sheets in the mail when I needed a few extra. Very responsive and very professional!!

On Friday, May 31, I was desperate for some chairs for my grandaughter's first birthday party we're having at a park the following day. None of the rental companies I contacted 2 weeks prior who promised to call me back to confirm, ever did. They never even had the courtesy to return my repeated calls. I googled for party rental companies in New Castle, ready to pay for whatever price I will be quoted as it was a short notice order. I called up PARTYDELAWARE and spoke with Matt. Matt immediately sensed the urgency of my need and said he will see what he can do for me, and asked to put me on hold so he can check his available chair inventory. He came back and told me he got some chairs available Saturday morning but was apologetic that it's not the exact number that I need and that he doesn't have a driver to deliver as it is on a very short notice. I said I will take whatever he had and I will pick up. Jennifer was so pleasantly nice, very professional in her dealings with me when I came in to pick up the chairs. She even agreed to my request to drop the chairs on their off business hours because of my work schedule. Now, that is what I call EXCELLENT customer service. This business and it's staff certainly go out of their way, it's the proverbial "going above and beyond", to serve and satisfy their customer. PARTYDELAWARE saved our day! They will always have my business and will always recommend them without hesitation! Thank you!

We secured Party Delaware for party favors at our wedding on 7/27/2019. Matt and Stephanie did a terrific job and made all of our guests feel welcome and enthused to participate in the pictures. They did a great job of creating our frames for the favor photos, which matched and coordinated with the invitations. The book matched the colors of the wedding. This shows that they paid “attention to detail”, and for this, we are forever grateful. We will indeed use Party Delaware for future events.
