This is the best bagel shop in Wilmington. It has great selection, always fresh. I particularly like the apple cinnamon bagel. It was take a while if you come in the morning rush but it is worth the wait.

I kept bagel cards thinking the expiration date was unlimited (buy 12 dz get 13th dz free). They were 2 years old. I called and inquired if they were still valid since I had 11 dz purchased on the card. They said they would honor the card even though I only bought 11 dz. The next day I was at the store and they gave me the dozen free with a 13th bagel added. How could I not give them a 5 star? They went above and beyond customer service.

It’s a busy location and typically great service but they do not ever answer their phone for you to place advance or catering orders.

Everytime I come here I wonder how they stay in business. They are the slowest moving bunch ever. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches that were done and waiting before they even started the coffee drink (which is more like a slushy with chunks of ice than a frozen coffee).

This Einstein Bagels location is extremely slow and the customer service is mediocre. I ordered a variety of bagels to be toasted. The associate threw them all in one bag without placing them in separate bagel bags. I am not sure why there are only two people working in a bagel shop at 9AM, however they may want to consider adding a better process or more employees. The shop is also very dingy.

I like einstein beagles.. but this one screwed my appetite. I ordered spinach beagles with jalapeno cheese spread and they have taken my order.. my bill was 33$ and at the end while I was waiting they told jalapeno cheese spread is not available and they can't return the money that I paid for the order.. I had to take some other cheese that did not meet my requirements and spoiled my appetite. Very disappointed with their customer service. When it's not there..why should they take the order in the first place?

These bagel are on 100 don't go often a distance from me now, however when I go I get the Baker dozen. Nest bagels ever... Asiago cheddar is my favorite! You will not be disappointed. Space to sit and enjoy your bagels too

Our favorite weekend midday hangout! When that midday lull hits stop in for a bottomless cup of coffee. Our kids adore the blueberry muffins. Hubby loves the Santa Fe it has a lil kick to it and I am partial to the turkey bacon avocado sandwich since I gave up eggs.

Would have been five stars if only their tables were ever cleaned when we go in. We are weekly regulars and for the last two months we had to clean our tables and chairs covered in crumbs and whatnot before we could sit. Not one table was clean.

The bagel was very small. The bacon was bad and did not taste good, how do you screw up bacon. Should be a crime. Will never go again. McDonald's bacon egg and cheese is way better. Yes, McDonald's is better, how sad is that. Also, the chocolate chip cookie was dry and tasted bad. Overpriced and the wait was way too long. Tried it once and will never again. Stay away!

This is the third time in a row they are hesitating to slice and toast bagels. We are driving 15 miles for the bagels and staff is always hesitant. Will never visit this place again.

Counter person started making a sandwich wearing gloves. Stopped making a sandwich to go clean a table wearing the same gloves. Went back to finish making the sandwich and never changed the gloves. When confronted the person and the manager said it was cleaning solution so it was clean. Do you want that on your food?

Nice clean establishment. One of only a few Einstein Bagels left in the area. They make excellent bagel sandwiches and the recent addition of Caribou Coffee which you generally can't get in this area is a nice bonus!

Great Bagels, Breakfast Sandwiches and Lunch Creations, all kinds of beverages in addition to 5 different kinds of coffees and teas, plus cold fountain drinks. Nice pleasant staff and friendly customers who all know each other. Very friendly atmosphere, closes at 5pm.
