Great place for Jamaica food... eat in or takeout. Also, the deserts are a must to take along with dinner. To add the fantastic ice tea to wash everything down. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great bite of jamaican food!

The food is cooked to order, fresh, and absolutely delicious. It has become quite a treat to indulge in. My favorite meal is the Calypso which takes fish and shrimp to a very high class level in regards to taste. The atmosphere is inviting. I wouldn't stay to eat as it is more of a order and go restaurant. The empanadas are awesome if you are not looking for a full meal. Moist and flavorful they hit the spot. The owner is always present, pleasant, and makes you feel like she is an Aunt you are visiting for dinner. I can't say enough about how good the food is but if you are reading this, trust me it's delicious.

My family and I stopped here on a whim because we were passing through on a long drive home and someone was craving Caribbean food. We walked in and were greeted by fantastic staff, who were quick to help us with our orders and make us feel at home. So friendly and welcoming! The food came out fairly quick, and it was delicious. I highly recommend the Jerk Chicken (perfectly spicy, super flavorful, tender and juicy), Rice + Peas, and the plantains. Hopefully we will stop by again someday on another road trip! Thanks for the great food and the kindness (and never take down your sign!

This place is awesome! Very small with only 4 tables but the food is delicious. The staff really seem like they love their job and make you feel welcome. I got the curry chicken and the chicken was really tender, not dry at all. Would recommend this little cozy place to anyone.

The owner is one of the nicest women I've had the pleasure of interacting with since moving here. The menu has Pamamanian vibe to it, and as a Jamerican, I was a bit skeptical. I'm happy to report that I was pleasantly surprised by her Stew Chicken with yellow rice...not just the flavors but the portion size. The "lunch" was MORE than enough food for just one, so I can only imagine what a dinner serving would do. Will DEFIMOTELY return.

I had their jerk chicken with rice and cabbage last week for the first time , it was really spicy but soo good I couldn't not eat it, today I went back and tried the curry chicken and it's delicious!! I will definitely be back probably next week to try something else on the menu

Way better than D&H. And the service is amazing. Yesterday my wife and I were there for the first time and they completely won us over. The shop is ran by some very lovely and kind people. I'd recommend going there over D&H anyday.
